They rented me a house and the carpet is soaked in urine. They dont bother to clean it correctly before we moved in. They sent a cleaner after they got our money but its still soaked in urine. The urine stench is getting on everything. We had to pay $5000 to move in. The local agent ****** does not respond to any messages. *** asked for the carpet to be changed out and no response. wow... wish I read all these reviews before applying but I am glad I did right now. I just completed my application and after a thousand and one requirements including reaching out to my manager, they come up with the average credit score for my husband I being at 550 -600 (which I doubt) and so asking for 3000 just for deposit!!!!! After reading the reviews I see that this is what they do to people and never even return the deposit. Alot of RedFlags from the reviews with them and so I will run away at this time. I lost the application fees, and I am sorry to those who lost much more. Run and avoid it if you can. I Will definitely not recommend this to anyone.Review from Leann D

Move in process was easy altho home was not clean and had obviously not been pained etc. Where painting had been done (bathrooms) there was paint on the flooring etc as it had not been tapped off. We reviewed everything and send pictures etc of wall marking and everything else with the walk through paperwork. Unfortunately upon move out there were issues. They charged us for **** maintenance due to "the home was hot".....we moved out in the summer and of course did not leave the **** running lol. They charged us to replace all the filters for the ****.....which we had to do and prove to them 2 months prior. The popped the rubber ends off of every door stop (I have video that shows them in place when we left) and charge us to replace every door stop. They found one door hinge with the pin sticking up about 1/8 of an inch and charged us to replace it (me had never touched a single door hinge so this was obviously just movement due to door usage). They charge us whole room paining even tho there move out instructions say only to spackle any nail holes which we did and leveled. In other words, if you use them and move in take SEVERAL THOUSAND PICTURES of ever hinge, doorstop etc as well as video of EVERY SINGLE DOOR HINGE AND DOOR STOP or you will end up losing several hundred dollars. When we moved in we had even sent them pics of the marks on the walls etc but we were charge for the rooms to be painted when we left. They will use your security for home turnovers that they are responsible for.Review from Trinice T

Do not rent a home here. They care NOTHING about the tenants. Our ** went out last week during the hottest part of the year, July, it has been VERY HOT. ON Friday we let the company know our air was out, someone came here to the house to fix on Tuesday, 5 days after. The air was not fixed, we waited a few hours to let them know it was not fixed, they told us to wait to give the house time to cool. We waited until the next day and called, they sent someone on Friday. The ** still didn't get fixed. Over a whole week later no ** still. On Saturday they bought ** wall units and it helped a little. This whole thing has been a huge mess and very inconvenient for my family. We had to shift schedules around, cancel plans for guests this week, endure heat rashes and cramps because of being dehydrated because of the heat. This company needs to be shut down!!!! All they care about is getting their rent. Think twice about renting from this company.Review from Brittany M

Coming from a resident that is also a Property Manager:We moved in July 2023 under a different management company before **** took over. Things were fine until this year starting on June 14 when we started experiencing ****/airflow issues. After about 7 different **** companies came out to basically deem the **** to be working fine, it was then found that the insulation needed to be replaced/added after only the 2nd contractor stated that. They kept sending the same **** contractors over and over, which made zero sense when we would let them know this is bigger than ****... Here we are, almost a month later, during a heat advisory with a hot house reaching up to 85 degrees while set on *****. No communication from the residential customer service whatsoever, and no response to the email I sent over on June 19. Although most are very friendly, the communication of the service **** is absolutely shot. It takes ***** minutes to even get somebody on the phone. Oh! And we werent even eligible to receive portables because the **** IS WORKING PROPERLY. Thankfully, I was able to borrow a couple from the property I work at. Its been issue after issue here recently only to find that there is now mold growth that was found (but somebody is scheduled to come out for that). I dont suppose the insulation bid was approved due to price or whatever the fact But now, on 7/12/24, I am currently on hold (for 30 min now) after the girl just told me it was deemed that we do NOT need insulation. THEN, she says "we're going to start from scratch" with a "new insulation work order" when we have been "starting from scratch" for a whole month now!!!! The communication amongst the service ****/Lesson is horrible!! We are in a heat advisory right now with 100+ degree temps on the way. One last thing that came about upon renewing is that we now must pay a full security deposit even though **** took over 9 months after our lease started. Beware of these slumlords!!! I have been forced to smell f**** for almost a week. RENU management will not fix my problem just giving me the run around. I have had nothing but problems since moving in. You submit a maintenance request in which they request pictures, only to send another person out to take more pictures . Still not fixing anything. I cant lock the house because the locks are busted. Every time I use a sink or the washer Ive got sewing backing up in my tubs. This is a real $hyt show. Try talking to a line person forget about it! The automated service will take you around and around for over 10 minutes trying to get you to ***** their app so they wont have to tap to you. I havent been here a month and Im already looking for something else!!!! 1000% either not recommend!!!!Review from Sarah M

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Cannot get a hold of anyone regarding a high water bill that is due to a leak. Getting ready to lawyer up to deal with them in hopes to get them allow the water company to check. Avoid the company at all costs. They do not care about the renter what so ever.Review from Jonathan M

Do NOT rent a home from this company. They will charge you bogus fees when you move out and then will not respond when you dispute their fictitious fees. When you email *****************************, in the Resident ******************* to dispute the charges and provide photos as proof, she will NOT respond. I rented from a different company prior to **** and got my full damage deposit back. **** came in halfway through my lease and kept over half of my damage deposit for the following bogus charges, which are considered normal wear and tear, as stated in their lease agreement:1. Overall Interior Carpet Cleaning: $350. The house had minimal carpet and was cleaned using our own carpet cleaner. We provided photos of the carpets and our carpet cleaner.2. Overall Interior Home Cleaning: $100. The house was left in spotless condition and we provided photos showing that.3. Paint entire room: $295. There wasnt a single room in the house that needed to be painted entirely. A couple of rooms had minor scuffs, which is normal wear and tear. We sent photos of every wall in the house. 4. Replace toilet seat: $35. Toilet seat was in the same condition as it was when we moved in, which is normal wear and tear, if something actually was wrong with it. 5. Painting 1 wall and touch up 1 wall: $100. There were minor scuff marks that we touched up before we moved out. I provided over 20 photos showing the homes condition when we moved out, but *************************** will not respond to my dispute. I emailed a couple of executives at ****, along with their HR manager, saying Id like to file a formal complaint. I have not heard back from any of them as of yet. If you are looking to rent a home, please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs, as it WILL cost you in the end. I would highly recommend checking reviews on the property management companies you may be looking to work with, and find one that is more reputable and professional because **** is def notReview from Paula S

Unorganized and unprofessional. Multiple requests for personal information (ss#, bank accounts)from unidentified persons to multiple emails. They requested information from a loan entity on July 4th, and the next day they closed the application at 7:50 am.*****, the manager, is rude and plays games. I have all the emails I sent providing all the documents requested. Every other day, I would get a text from them, saying they don't get ANY emails from me. Not true.
