3/28/22 placed order for $189.29 that was towards the purchase of 3 motorcycle shifter forks. They emailed saying it was back ordered and no follow up. They are now out of business and never returned the charges.Initial Complaint

Place an order with Cheap Cycle Parts on March 26th, 2022. Order number ****** for a Can Am Defender Windshield Wiper and Washer Kit (part #715001638) along with a Wiper and Power Windows Cable (part #710004462) in the amount of $716.98 and was taxed $43.02 for a grand total of $760.00. On 3/28/22 received an e-mail the items were back ordered with an eta of 4/4/22 and 4/6/22. After not receiving items I emailed their customer service on 4/13/22 and was given a new eta of 5/11/22. As of today, 7/2/22, still have not received parts, attempted to call and email customer service and they are out of business. At this point, I just want my money back from Cheap Cycle Parts.Initial Complaint

I ordered some parts from Cheap Cycle Parts on 5/17/22 totaling $318.20. I called a few days later to check the order status & I get a recoding that they were permanently closed. I received an email from them on 5/27/22 with an issued refund of $318.20. I never received the refund back in to my bank account/debit card. Today is 7/1/22 and still nothing. I have no way of contacting them. I just want my refund. Thanks, **** *******Initial Complaint

I ordered a part for my brother from cheap cycle parts, they took out the money.. weeks later I emailed and they said the part was on back order and they wouldn’t recieve it until June 10th… I emailed multiple times to cancel the order and never heard from again.. I wouldn’t have known it was on back order if I hadn’t contacted them myself.. order has not come in, and for weeks they have ignored my emails to put the $200 back on my card .I would like to file a dispute with themInitial Complaint

Ordered a jacket on 2/21/22. Cost was $316.38 ($249.99 for jacket, $44.87 for shipping and $21.56 sales tax). Received an email on 2/22/22 that the item was backordered. As it was backordered everywhere else I decided not to cancel the order. I emailed on 4/22/22 and was told that the ETA was 5/1/22. I never received the jacket and now their website is unreachable, the phone is disconnected. I emailed today but do not expect a response. If they went out of business I want them to return my money.Initial Complaint

On 4/26/2022 I ordered some parts from cheap cycle parts.com with the reference number of ******. Item number 46710-27H00-YSN was on back order. I emailed the company on 5/16/2022 to check the status of the item and they responded saying it was still on back order and not to cancel my order because i would loose my place in line for the part. I have sent multiple email since then but no response. I have also tried to call but the phone doesn't work. The amount of the part was $195.14 before taxes and they have not refunded me the money before the company closed.Initial Complaint

ordered parts for a Polaris 500 on May 12. We paid for the parts received a conformation number and a date parts would deliveried between 5-24 and 5-31. Ordered parts for my UTV side by side back in December 2021. Paid for parts and shipping fees in full at that time. Kept calling and they told me they were still back ordered. Was going to call again today and find out they are out of business. Now I’ve lost $275. Probably my fault for checking closer about the company.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company on 3/9/22 (Invoice #******** for 3 items totaling $818.55. I received 2 of the items and was informed the 3rd item was backordered (part #2883666-731) ($489.49)/ Contacted company about a month or so later and was told that item was still backordered. Now I find out they are out of business, and I cannot get ahold of anyone for a refund. Beyond irate right now and it seems as if there are many in my same shoes. Something needs to be done/
