This might be the most deceptive, uncaring, and worthless dealership within 100miles. Show up on Saturday 11/09 for a 9am appt. I inform them I have to leave at noon for a funeral. After the dealer lost the keys to the vehicle I purchased for 45 min I leave at 1230 and have to turn right back around LITERALLY at 1235 to take the vehicle back because the sunroof won't close. I'm informed theyll need to take the vehicle to a Jeep dealer for it to be repaired and for a recall (which I was not informed about until AFTER signing paperwork) to be repaired. I then do not hear anything from Jeff Wyler until Tuesday morning when I call and find out it's supposedly been fixed. I then find out several days later through a Carfax report that they lied and never took it to Jeep for the recall like they said they just fixed the sunroof at toyota. Now BARELY even a month later, the auto start stop function has quit working because "the system is charging" I've talked to a couple people at toyota who rather than care about the poor service and treatment I've received, they seem to only care about getting their negative reviews removed from online. Expect to waste 4hrs of your time here, not even be offered so much as a bottle of water during said 4hrs, and leave with a broke down vehicle that Jeff Wyler could care less about selling you. This is my 2nd vehicle purchase with Jeff Wyler and it'll be a cold day in hell before im stupid enough to buy a 3rd car from them. My grandparents who each bought their last 3 or 4 vehicles from Jeff Wyler will also not be returning over the poor treatment I've received

Been going there for years/trusted them. This past July 2024 that all changed. Jason(is service dept who we always trusted) calls me & said I needed the following and the prices: pump kit and brake booster($ 1,272.25) with accumulator actuator($1,657.78). There total: $4,009. $159 diagnosis labor & 3.5 hours ($189) : $715.46. ($244.10 tax and supplies). I said let me get back with him. Called Toyota of Louisville to get same quote that was following: the pump kit and brake booster($913.14) with accumulator actuator($1,369.53).$150 labor and 4-5 hours : $750. Total with tax: $3268 . I called Jason & told him the difference & he said it was because they are a Toyota service center. I said I knew that & the place I called was also a Toyota center. It got quiet. He said he would call me back. Calls back & said they would take $800 off, but needed to still charge for diagnostics. I was shocked! I asked why the $800 discount now? He says the following: “Well, we have been loosing a lot of money lately & we needed to make up for it.” My jaw dropped & said no thank you, read Readit posts about a good honest Toyota mechanic in our area and was referred to the Toyo-brothers in Louisville. Got in $1,700 cheaper. PS…Was not going to post review. However, wife wanted to keep going there for an oil change package she got. We went today Saturday 8/30/24. The same guy (Jason) calls her & says the same 2013 Toyota Highlander hybrid needed a break fluid exchange & tire alignment for around $400. I said wait I would call him back. Called around & got quote $250($150 less). Then we pick up Toyota from oil change. Note: we had asked them to fill up spare tire air & check hazard light (hazard lighton when spare tire air is low). Pick up & hazard light still on. Wife turns around & goes back to get it checked. Jason (same guy) gets rude with us & says problem is service light. So, after being rude with no interest in telling us about hazard light, I had an interest to write this review.

I purchased the vehicle being told they did a multipoint inspection (including brakes) before selling the car. I prepaid for the WYLERCARE service which includes oil changes and tire rotation. I’ve had it back there twice for the services that I’ve already paid for and both times I’ve got the excuse that they can’t get my lug nuts off and I would have to buy all 20 brand new ones. So therefore, no tires have been rotated the entire time I’ve had the vehicle. They sent me down the road with a nail in 1 tire and another going flat. If they would have done a multipoint inspection before they sold me the car then they would have had to taken the tires off to check the brakes. So either they didn’t do the multipoint inspection or they are the reason my lug nuts won’t come off. NOT AT FAULT HERE! And I’m out of hard earned $$$.

If you have to go to this dealership please be aware they will add up to $6k worth of add-on packages to the price. I was told MSRP for the price when I placed a deposit on an en route Highlander. When it came time to get the final price there was over $6000 worth of add-on packages. There was Wyler Protection for $299, Wyler Family First for $2495, All Season Pro Package for $1995, and Safe and Secure for $1995. I was not even explained what the packages included, one package had interior and exterior protection, a pulse brake light, and an anti-theft device, that is all I can tell you. I said from the beginning I didn't want anything done to the interior or exterior of the vehicle. I didn't want any extra warranties. Once the Highlander arrived, it was explained by Anthony one of the sales managers, due to the fact Highlander Hybrids are in short supply and I was out of state, I HAD to purchase these packages! They most likely do the same to local customers as well. I reported this experience to Toyota Corp North America. One day later I was told I could now purchase it at MSRP, our original agreement. I did not choose to continue with the sale and just asked for my deposit back. I no longer wanted to deal with this dealership and its unethical sales practices. I have since checked Better Business Bureau and see they have a D- rating. I wish I would have looked at that sooner. The purpose of this review is to inform other customers of what to expect at this dealership. They want to force customers into buying unwanted items with our hard-earned money. They did return my deposit requesting it returned three times. I do wonder if I hadn't called Toyota Corporate if it would have been returned willingly and instead, I would have had to dispute it with my credit card company. zero star.

If I could give it NO STARS I would. This company used bad business practices. This business ran my credit multiple times to lower my credit score. 8 times to be exact. They lied and said I wasn't extended credit from legitimate creditors and put me with a no name creditor that charged me 20 percent interest. Charged me over 5,000 past the blue book value but did it in a shady way after a lease buyout and schemed with a creditor to make them thousands more in profit off faulty interest. They didn't even pull a valid credit score for me and tried to say my credit score was 100 points lower than it was just to score this deal by making me think I wasn't a good enough customer. I had been leasing g from Totota for three years paid all my payments on time and they hoodwinked me when I went to purchase my car. I received letters from. TOYOTA, CAPITAL ONE among others weeks later saying they extended credit and wanted to know why I hadn't chose to finance with them. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE BAD PEOPLE WITH BAD BUSINESS PRACTICÈS.

I went to Jeff Wyler Toyota in hopes of selling my 2007 Lexus ES 350. I had been contacted by one of their used car managers after completing a cash offer request on ***.com. ***'s cash offer was $3697, which is right in line with what I expected from a dealership. The Jeff Wyler Toyota team contacted me to offer $5374, which I immediately found suspicious. My daughter had a really bad experience with a Jeff Wyler dealership in ********** sneaking extra charges into her financing, so I already suspected they were a deceitful dealer. At first I rejected their offer but the manager kept messaging me and convinced me they wanted to make things right and change my mind about the Jeff Wyler brand. Eventually, I caved and scheduled an appointment for 3:00 the same day. Once I was at the dealership, a completely different person assisted me even though I asked for the person I had been texting and made the appointment with. No surprise, after he and a different used car manager appraised my car, they came back with an offer much lower, only $3500. They tried to tell me my car had many issues I didn't report, which is false. I reported everything I could on the *** form with accuracy. I believe the evidence of this can be seen in the fact that their offer was pretty close to the *** offer. My issue with the offer is the deceitful practices used to lure me into their dealership. I would have taken $3500 if they hadn't tried to convince me it was worth $5374. I'm sure there are good people working at Jeff Wyler Toyota, but I also believe the dealership encourages deceitful business practices such as "bait and switch." If you're looking for a car, there are many other dealers to choose from who will try to be fair to their customers while still making a reasonable profit.

Seen a car at the Columbus lot and called Clarksville about getting the vehicle transferred. Travel there and agreed on a price spent at least an hour and a half there negotiating. They said they would bring the vehicle and the next few days ,got a call the following day that they had sold the vehicle. I was totally fine with that until I looked about a week and a half later and they still had the same vehicle in Columbus for about $1,500 more than what they sold it to me for. They are very dishonest, do not let them try to sell you the Nano coating and the pulse light those guys must be smarter than the engineers who designed the car. It's all about the Love of Money. I travel right past them to go to ****** ********** and end up buying my wife of 2024 RAV4 and I will not be buying my son a vehicle there.

This was absolutely the worst experience at a dealership of my life. I'm 78. They wouldn't negotiate and were pushy, arrogant, obnoxious, disrespectful, and offensive. They were saying I needed to take an aftermarket GPS off the dash. They said it is required for the lease turn-in because it is a modification against the lease agreement. I went to another Toyota dealer and sold my car for a profit of 1200.00 compared to selling it to Jeff Wyler at a 2000.00 loss. I hope to never go back there again, nor lease again. They were basically trying to up sell me or under-value my lease. They are selling my car and another car by using the lease type sale. I felt used and abused. They make plenty of money without ****** people!
