      Date of purchase 5/8/2023. Never received order. No response to emails and the phone # was disconnected. They gave me a tracking number that said it was in transit from ******. Has been stranded at customs in the US for a month.

      The first week of May, around the fourth maybe, I placed an order for a ************************* set for about $75. Its been a month and I have received nothing, not even a shipping confirmation. Emails are returned not sendable because the email address is bogus. I am planning to visit ******* soon and this place's address is close by so I intend to check personally soon. I will let you know what I find out.

      On May 5, 2023 my husband and I purchased a ************** portable air conditioner, in the amount of $71.80, order #*******, which was to arrive in **** days.To date we still have not received the order and are unable to get in touch with anyone at customer service.Through my bank the debit was listed as HIRDIANTLOVE TN 123456.We would like to get our money back.Thank you for your help with this matter.***********************

      I ordered a set of exercise gear called CoreFirst for $80 from Bibity and it never arrived. I sent email requests and queries, and they were not answered.

      I purchased an E-Scooter on 5/14/23 for *****. The company stated it would send it within 3-5 business days. I received an order number. #*******. I have tried to reach the company by phone and email. The phone just goes straight to a busy signal and no email.

      Date of transaction: May 2, 2023 Order number: ******* ************ committed to sending me 2 outdoor handrails SKU# D8VKJJPYM31 I paid this company $131.20 for the handrails on the date of transaction I never received what I ordered. I cannot get in touch with anyone by phone or email.

      I was searching online for a deal on a set of 4 tires for my truck and in my search, I found this company offering the lowest price, so I went ahead and ordered the set of 4 and I never received any information about them being shipped or any updates on my order what so ever, The phone number for this business comes up as a ******** number and the address is for Indianna. Everytime I try to call, I get a recording saying the ****** customer is not available and to leave a message. I have tried contacting them through email and their own site and no response. So now I am contacting you to help me out.

      The business charged my cc twice plus didnt send me any email confirmation plus, now that I became suspicious there was no way to get into contact with them, track or cancel my order. I believe that they are running a scam and getting people for their money.

      Purchased a scaffold from this company; Order #*******; Tracking # AG127094225CN; Placed this order on 2/28/23 company said they would ship 15/20 days. Charged my CC for *****. Have no recd anything, company not acknowledging my emails, requested cancellation on 3/31. No reply.

      I order a **** spot remover from and online store and it's been over a month and I have emailed them multiple times. I received an email that said your order is on its way with a order # and a what seems to me as a fake tracking website. I will include screen shots of emails I recieved.
