    My wife and I were looking for a car for my Granddaughter, simply put her first. After several searches, we located a ****** Murano at **** **** Buick. We decided to go look at this car. Once we arrived, we found ****** to be in extremely poor condition vs what **** **** posted in the pictures. The handles were literally falling off the car. It was simply a ploy tactic to attract you in. After deciding to leave we were shown more cars in better shape. We selected to test drive a not second, but third car. Why, because the second car failed as well to meet certain criteria I needed to see. After test driving the third car, I tried to lower the requested amount of hidden fees they wont describe to you. I was somewhat successful in that endeavor. We ended up purchasing the vehicle as it seemed to drive and run well, and the salesman ensured us he was showing us a much better car that would keep our granddaughter safe. It was all lies, by the time we got the car home, the check engine light came on, the tire pressure light came on and the low engine coolant light came on. The salesman ensured me that they inspect the car to ensure it is safe. My insurance company informed me that there was a safety recall on the vehicle, and it should not be driven to a engine fire risk. The car is leaking antifreeze out the bottom all within 2 hours of purchase and driving home. Avoid **** ****. I would have expected thousands of dollars to have lasted much longer and you cant tell me all those ASE certified technicians could not have thrown a red flag on that car.

    I have leased and purchased 3 vehicles with this dealership. I recently had car trouble in late November 2023. My car was towed to the dealership. I was text that my battery was bad and asked if I wanted to replace it. I agreed, additionally I also agreed to an oil change and the change of filters. I was quoted a text of a little over $475 for the total service, however, when I arrived to retrieve my vehicle, the cost was $749.83. The technician stated that he was sorry for the misquote, yet I was not provided a refund, nor could I take my vehicle without making the higher payment.On December 23, 2023, the vehicle stopped for a 2nd time and was towed again to the dealership. The current issue is now the starter. the price will be over $900. This dealership has gone DOWNHILL! They have no integrity. I will never get another vehicle with this dealership or any of the ***************** locations. It appears that they prefer to target women to scam/rip off. BUYER BEWARE!!! I plan on seeking legal actions for predatory practices against women. ******************

    I think the service department is terrible. I was quoted $500 plus dollars before the coupon and **** discount for rear brakes. When it came time to pay, the old white man behind the counter who is obviously a male chauvinist pig, charged me $562 after the coupon and the **** discount. He needs to retire and quit stealing from females who need their car serviced.

    i made a appointment for a oil change and fuel filter change and to have a recall serviced on my 2019 ****** **** diesel truck. i drop it off the night before and put my keys in there drop box. I received a call around 3pm the day of my appointment that the work was completed and i could come pick up my truck.i asked if i could give my credit card and go ahead and pay for the work and have them put my keys in my gas cap because i didnt think i could make it there before they closed. the lady i was speaking with said that was fine (******) i think that was her name. so i gave her my credit card info and paid $433.17 for my oil change and fuel filter change. My wife drove me to Any **** to pick my truck that evening around 8pm when i got there i found my keys in my gas cap where i asked them to leave them. When i started my truck i realized that the fuel filter light and my oil change light hadnt been reset. i started to wonder if they had even serviced my truck at all. So i popped my hood and checked my oil and sure enough my oil was black and i knew that they hadnt serviced my truck at all and had charged me $433.17 and hadnt done any work to my truck!!! i left my truck there and put my keys in a envelope and wrote on it service not complete on it and put it in there drop box. the next morning i called them the second the opened and spoke with the service writer i had been dealing with. and told her they didnt do the work to my truck but charged me for it. she apologized and told me she was gonna look into it and call me back. around noon i hadnt heard from anyone yet and decided to call and talk to the *** i informed him of the situation he apologized to me and said he would take care it. finally around 4:30 they called and said actually did the work to my truck and that they had watch s off hey do the work his time to make sure it was done. i picked it up they refunded me $250. horrible service ill never take my truck here again.

    Beware if you want to "buy out" a ** vehicle that you leased from Andy Mohr Buick GMC in *******. They did not follow the ** lease end policy and attempted to charge me $2,151, which is 10 times the normal processing fee of around $199. They didnt honor the buy-back price that was in the original lease agreement and added a fee for an option they didnt discuss with me. ?I asked them to redo the purchase order to be correct and they never got back me.
