Wish I would have read these reviews first. I purchased a Nissan NV from Ed ********************** at the end of October, I noted before the purchase that two seatbelts didn't extend and the rear window heating element connector was broken. I was told the seatbelts would be fixed under warranty (after their techs looked at them that day) and I was told the elements could be fixed by my local dealer for $200, and they preemptively discounted the purchase by that amount. Taking the vehicle home to my local dealer they did not fix the seatbelts under warranty because they weren't broken, just twisted inside jamming the mechanism, and I was also quoted nearly $500 for repairing the rear window defrost. Worse than all that I've been in & out of the mechanic since diagnosing electrical issues: found the stock radio is draining the battery, new OEM part is $2700. On calling to voice my frustration a month later (as soon as it was diagnosed and priced), all I was told is the vehicle sold "as-is", all the paperwork was filled out correctly, maybe I should buy better warranties next time, and implying my mechanic is dishonest. Now I'm getting scam calls asking for the title of the vehicle I traded in (remember all the paperwork was "filled out correctly")

No deal is better than a bad deal. After thinking about the situation for a week and letting emotions de-escliate i felt others need to know how unprofessional Ed ************************ staff is. I would first like to say that Malena was very helpful and accomidating during my search for a car that I was going to purchase but ultimately did not due to disrespectful and dishonest upper management. To sum up our experience we were told by 2 employees, Malena and *****, that the $500 hold was refundable and that they could get the car we wanted to look at from **** later finding out it was drove from Kentucky. Stated it was the exact same car and when we went to look at the numbers found it was $1,000 more. When looking at car there was a sticky substance in the back seat, not a great first impression. When asked to look at intrest rate, the financial analyst *****, informed us very strongly, aggressively, and unprofessionaly that the $500 was non - refundable and why were we so indecisive as they went to all the trouble getting us this car from Kentucky and lost money due to them trading a pathfinder that was double what our car was worth. Not sure how that is our problem and why it was even brought up as we just wanted to see the exact intrest rate before finalizing. I informed him that this is my first car purchase and wanted to make sure this is the car i desired. We had all intentions of purchasing the Altima and had even brought our down-payment with us that we talked with Malena about. Our problem was when he said the $500 was non refundable although Malena and ***** had both stated prior to ordering this car that the $500 was refundable and both ensured that it was. Although that wouldn't have even been a problem considering we were going to buy the car until ***** spoke to us like that. Malena came back, with red eyes assuming she had been crying and yelled at, and I asked her once again that she did tell us the $500 was refundable. She admitted to saying that and was unde

*************************,This is an unfair review. Your partner asked us to procure an Altima in the color that both of you wished, in fact, the only color you both would accept. We incurred costs to bring this vehicle to our dealership from *************, **. When the vehicle arrived you would not take delivery. Because this was a sold vehicle to you and ******* and there were costs involved, we cannot return your deposit. Our team even offered you both a $500.00 discount to take the car and you both refused.

Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers We had seen the altima previously and Malena said they could get the exact same Altima in with a $500 hold. We instantly asked if it was refundable and she assured us it was, as if it wasn't we would not of put the $500 hold as i hadn't even seen the car in person let alone drove an Altima. We never once stated it was sold nor did we have to have a specific color. Once again how is this our problem that you had to outsource to get this car? It was even to our understanding it was coming from **** originally. Why would we get it deliverd to our home when the whole purpose of this hold was to look at the Altima, which we were going to purchase until we got disrespected and yelled at by upper management and finance. If you read the review, you will see where it is stated that there were many aspects of this purchase process that did not ***** with what was told to us. Do you really think we would buy a car after the way **** acted about the situation and lied to us? Yet again you avoid the question as to why the $500 is non refundable when your employees(malena and *****) both said it was refundable. I understand mistakes happen but you need to take accountability and action for them.
