      I placed my order on Aug 1 2023 Paid extra $49.50 for next day shipping Total cost was $214.50.Order # given ****** Got an update that my package was being delivered on 8/4/2023 which was not next day which I paid extra for.Sent an email to the company stating that and that I would like a refund of the extra next day shipping cost, as of today 8/8/2023 no response. I thought I would give them a few days to respond then received package late on 8/4/2023.After trying out the product I then sent a second email after product was not what they promised on the website and just asked for instructions on how to return product for a refund and have had no response. The website says you only have 7 days and need a return label from them and they are not responding so how do you get a label?The ************* number I've tried calling has a message that is still saying that they are close for 4th of July holiday. I have also sent a message via their chat now and got a please leave a message and someone will get back to you .I have screen shots of all the massages I have sent so far and my bank statement showing that they took the money on 8/2/2023 .

      You: I ordered 2 identical products on 7/6/2023 and paid for expedited shipping for a total of $259.50. I received the package on 7/11/2023. One product was defective and inoperable because it would not charge. I contacted the company by email on the day I received the package. I emailed them two more times, left a phone message, and completed a customer service request on their website and have not received a reply to any of these. I purchased another product from them last year - I just realized it was the same company - and failed to receive a reply to my request to return a different product. At the time I was too busy to pursue it further and lost my $175.00.

      Order Date:05/26/2023 Order Total:$158.50 USD Method of Payment:Credit *********** MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover)I ordered this via two day shipping, for which shipping was delayed and it did not arrive by the guaranteed date. The product itself is of poor quality, hooks up via an App and neither are supported or were able to work on the WiFi in my home. Product was never used aside to test its impotency. I have tried to return items according to their return policy listed on their website, but have not gotten a response from 3 emails, 1 form inquiry on the website and two phone calls. No one is available with any number request on phone line, and no response to a voicemail. Seems to be a shell company based in ******* for a ******************* and equipment, with dubious business practices.

      On January 21, 2023, I purchased a 720P HD Black Box Hidden Camera with Night Vision and 6 Month Battery Life and a 64 GB Micro SD Card from SpyGearGadgets.com (also known as Clearlight Electronics on my credit card billing statement) for $199.95 in order to help my mother-in-law with a recurring situation of someone entering her apartment without her permission. I received the camera on January 26th but it was no longer needed because the situation was in the process of being resolved. I then began the process of trying to contact the company so that I could return the unopened camera within the required time frame of 7 days in order to receive a refund. After repeatedly trying the listed phone number **************, the chat option, and the email option, I finally got an email response on Feb. 1st.from ************ and I was given a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#*****JLS), the address to send it back to in ********** and told to use a trackable shipping method which I did. I was also told that the items had to be "shipped and on their way back to us no later than 2/6/23." And that once they receive it and process it ("generally **** business days after it has been received") they will notify me that my refund has been completed. According to the tracking number given to me by the post office (# **** **** **** **** **** 72), the package was delivered on 2/6/23 at 2:46 pm and left by the front door/porch. It is now March 20th and I have not received a refund nor have I received any response to my emails asking about the refund. The last email I sent was on 3/13/2023. I also can not get anyone on the phone or via chat.

      Purchased and the products do not work. They will not stay connected. I tried to return however there has been no response to any phone call, voicemail, email or "live chat". NO ONE is behind the wheel of this company. Waste of $500 ************ is TERRIBLE!!!!!

      Bought a product from this company and was sent back to the company for warranty reasons- They said they would take care or it. I have tried over three months trying to contact them and they will not answer my emails. I tried calling the company or chat they refuse to answer.

      Hi,I put an order through (Order Number *****) on *****. This was with "SpyGearGadgets.com", who are owned by "Clearlight Security" according to BBB.Was delivered on ***** and immediately it was obvious that a wrong part was sent. (they sent a **** camera, instead of 4k camera that was advertised, bought and paid for).******** attempts to establish communication, either via phone, chat or email. I asked for a refund or exchange to the product I paid for.Finally, on the 26th after **************** representative emailed (************) SpygearGadgets <****************************** I was promised an exchange to the correct part, it being Item #SG-HC250w.Since then, no emails, no updates, and certainly no returns or exchanges.I've called and emailed numerous times to get a status update.This is a fraud. Please alert other customers.

      -Date of transaction February 1, 2022 -Total Amount paid $171.95 ($155 for camera and $16.95 for sd card)-Purchased a HD WiFi mini black box hidden camera with night vision and a micro SD card -Camera software does not work with the camera. Unable to stream live via android phone as was advertised on www.spygeargadgets.com website.-Advised via email February 7, 2022. i wanted to return item. February 8th **** from help desk responded asking if item was opened or used and if i was having trouble using the device. I responded via email on Feb 9, 2022 device software terminates as soon as it is opened. By Feb 15 2022 No response was received I emailed sales@spygeargadgets advising i had not heard back from **** and wanted to return the product. I have also called them February 15th and 16th left messages no responses. Note: No live contact available on the website chat. You are directed to email the sales area. No response from sales .All phone calls to the company at their *********** number ring about 5 times and then request you leave a message. No call backs - Purchase order #*****
