              I was referred to them by my optometrist and my first consultation was 7-20-21 and ************* confirmed I needed cataract surgery then proceeded to talk about lasik surgery and additional costs. I really was interested in cataract surgery so they scheduled me for 8-10-21 so I go back and paid upfront over $400 that the insurance didnt cover THEN I finally meet the surgeon only for him to say that I didnt need the surgery yet and could wait. So they refunded the money I paid and I left. I then get a **** for $105.54 so I call and dispute it because clearly I didnt need the surgery. ****** says well they performed the testing and thats the portion my insurance wouldnt cover. I said, maybe I should have seen the surgeon at the beginning to avoid the added unnecessary cost. She also said I owed over $186 but thats not what the **** they sent me said? They didnt call and cancel my follow *** with my regular optometrist either and shes billing me too!! Just a money game!!

              I love the fact that I can see so much better out of my left eye. But my complaint is the whole process of getting it done to me was insane. First at check-in they had my bill all wrong, made a deposit on my bill of $646.45 the end of December. Then on the day of my surgery they didnt include that payment, someone forgot to add it to my account, luckily I had my receipt. Finally after over 30 minutes they refunded the overage. An hour goes by then I see the surgeon for a few minutes. Go back to waiting room, sit for another hour, then get called back to sign a pile of forms. Back to waiting area again and wait another hour or so before called back for actual surgery. My appointment was at 1 pm, arrived at 12:30. Surgery gets done and its after 5 pm before I am out the door to go home and calm down. Will need my right eye done also, but I will be getting it done somewhere else. Only leaving one star, and only because I have to.
