I was very happy with the quote process, the scheduling of the project and the fact that my questions were all answered before the work proceeded. I needed to have the work billed seperately for a reason and they accommodated my request. At every step of the work, I was informed of what was happening and when they would return to proceed with the next step of the project. The work was done in a timely fashion and all that were involved in the project were polite, cleaned up after themselves and respected my property. I needed to have an invoice printed for me and they gladly printed an extra copy for me. CertaPro was recommended to me and I would recommend them to others.CertaPro Painters

D. Det *** painters did a great job. *** final bill was about $60 more than the estimate. I paid it because I didn't check the contract well enough before I signed it. My fault.CertaPro Painters

I must say-the painters were amazing! The on-site project manager was fantastic as well. They constantly checked in and had me do walk throughs throughout the project to ensure my satisfaction. They have fair pricing as well.The only area of opportunity I would say, is the response time of communication from the office staff. Other than that, we will use them again in the future! They are respectful and hard working. Im very satisfied and thankful for their professionalism and attention to detail. They went above and beyond!CertaPro Painters
