            On Saturday, November 26, 2022 I purchased a stove from Summer Furniture. It was delivered to my residence on Saturday, December 3, 2022. Later that day I noticed that the stove was not sitting level on my kitchen floor. The reason why is that there is a missing part underneath the stove. There is also a chip of paint on top of the stove on the right side. On Sunday, December 4, 2022 I called Summer Furniture to complain about both issues and the gentlemen said that they would send someone out to repair the stove. He suggested I call tomorrow and speak with ***** the Manager. I contacted ***** on Monday, December 5, 2022 and she said that this stove was sold "AS IS" and they would not be doing any repairs. There was no sign on this particular stove that stated it was to be sold "AS IS" for which I explained to Ms. ****** I have been speaking with Ms. ***** for several days and have not reached a desired settlement regarding the purchase of this stove. She is requiring me to take the part off the stove and bring it to the store. This is not my responsibility and should be done by Summer Furniture. I have requested that she give me the contact information for the owner of this business to discuss this issue but she refuses to do so.
