At the time we installed your HVAC system, (February 27,2018) we did not offer electrical services. At that time, we only offered HVAC and Plumbing, Electrical is a service that we have only offered to our customers the last two and a half years. Any work other than HVAC and Plumbing,at that time, was outside our scope of work and licensed technicians.
Peterman Brothers has taken care of this as you were advised we would by other electricians. We sent out an Electrical Service Technician, he quoted you a price, you did sign the estimate, he performed the work agreed upon.
What an exciting time this must be for your family, getting ready to start a new chapter! We thank you for trusting Peterman Brothers.
