    On May 19, I order a wig from Beauty Nook due to recent health complications that have caused extreme hair loss. I called the business and asked if would ship immediately, and they promised it would come within five days. I paid $364.65 for this item. The product never arrived, I waited weeks, and when it finally did come in the mail I realized it would absolutely not work for me. The store gave us directions for a return. I shipped it back to them and it was delivered on June 29. I tried to follow-up repeatedly about the return and was always told to call back or send a text message with my purchase information, which I did, but there was no follow-up. By September 8, I told them via text I would have to report this to the Better Business Bureau because my return was never fulfilled. Promptly, a store credit came through my email and I was notified it would be a credit. I do not want to have a store credit and wanted a full return as promised. I found this to be a drawn out saga and stressful, on top of dealing with health complications. I would like to find a resolution.

    I ordered a wig from Beauty Nook back on March 6, 2023. I had an account credit of $106.84 from Beauty Nook due to a wig I had previously returned. I purchased an ********************* Girl Mono wig in the color Hot Hazelnut Mix at the price of $276.02 (Order #***** - please see screenshot from my order in their app). I have contacted the company numerous times and was even given the cell number for the owner. I contacted ***************************** (the owner) back on June 9, 2023, and was actually able to speak with her momentarily. She asked me to text her my order number and item(s) ordered and she would get back to me. I've texted her twice since then, and have emailed several times, but I've gotten no response at all. I would either like to have my wig shipped to me, or for them to refund the total of $276.02 that I am owed.

    I placed 2 orders (3 wigs total) on 11/26/2022, both orders were out of stock, so I requested a refund since they did not have what I ordered, I received the refund months later for the one wig ($164.18) but only received store credit for the other order ($514.03) I have tried contacting them several times by ************** I did receive a call from them yelling at me, telling me what pressure she is underI told her that I just wanted what I ordered & if not I would like a refund, they will not answer any of my emails, calls, or texts. I would like to be refunded for my orders.
