  I contacted cash for cars for 2 of our older vehicles. I knew I would be sacrificing money for the convenience, but I thought it would be worth it. The offered me $2800 for one vehicle and $2200 for the other. We contacted a different online buyer. We were offered $5500 for one and $24,000 for the other. Obviously a business trying to take advantage of sellers. Horrible.

  Horrible communication and way too many parties involved that don't work well with each other. I wound up dealing with two separate angry and late tow truck drivers, had conflicting information three times and had one of the groups that was responsible for reviewing documents that didn't know how to find a document in my email that was an in-text document instead of an attachment, which led to a really poor customer experience. I would have been better off just selling it to the guy down the street for less money. It would have saved a lot of aggravation. Based off my experience, I would say this business gets a 'Not recommended' vote from me.

  Super easy to use. They came out and picked up the car, no hassle, no fuss. My only complaint is that they told me on the website that I'd get $420 for the car but when the wrecker driver arrived, he only gave me $337.

  Cash for Cars Top price for the car but they never picked it up. Cost Me a whole days pay staying home to wait for them .

  I went through their website and received a quote. I called the 800 number and gave the confirmation number. We went through a series of the same questions that I just answered online. He then asked for the vin number after the vin he asked me to sign the back of my title and text him a picture of the front and back of my title to ensure I have signed on the correct line! HUGE RED FLAG. I said no thank you and hung up.

  They quoted a price and never came to pick up the car. Everytime I called they said they would call right back and never did. One agent hung up the phone on me after I asked her who was supposed to call me back and why can't she help me. The company seems very unprofessional and fraudulent. I strongly advise that ***** deal with this company. It's a waste of time and you don't get any results.
