New to quilting and in looking for new suppliers, found these guys.They charge $15 for shipping no matter what, but they do offer freebies, that in my mind at least, offset the shipping charges. There were a few minor glitches, such as not answering an email, but in general, were OK. That is until 5/3/22. I usually order a lot since I have to pay for shipping, so ordered 6 jelly rolls and thought was to get a free "no name" half strip roll per EACH jelly roll. And in fact, it was added to my cart as a "freebie". Now on these freebies, they say don't modify the quantity--their staff will do so when they fill out your order.I received my order on the 10th and only ONE freebie (tho' I ordered 6 jelly rolls). I thought I'd call 'em up and we'd get this fixed pretty easily. NOPE. Called at 8:30 am on 5/10 and left a VM saying please send the remaining freebies. It's now the afternoon of 5/11 (a day and a half). No one called me back. So I tried emailing but recall they hadn't answered my email earlier? Got some guy named **** answered my email and told me I wasn't entitled to the freebies and didn't know why their cart had added the freebie to my order. I wasn't supposed to get any at all (I guess I'm supposed to feel lucky I got one). Here's the rub--the freebie promo page is gone. He said he sent me the right one, but it's their current promo page NOT the one on 5/3. After a few increasingly argumentative emails, I felt my frustration building, so decided not to do business with these guys. I will say, I have no proof since the promo page is gone--but I am feeling very RIPPED OFF. And arguing with good customers isn't the greatest. As is dodging phone calls and dragging their feet answering, then arguing with me. UGH! In my mind, you know how a company is when a mistake is made. Do they honor it? Figured new quilters ought to know. Buyer beware! WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN. FEEL RIPPED OFF, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE {:

Despite my best efforts, I can't locate any record of this customer's order in question or complaints - I believe they have ** mixed up with another store.
