Beware.long story short My vehicle has been sitting at this location for about three weeks. Meineke had called a tow to have my vehicle towed to the shop for something that was under warranty that they replaced a month prior. I explained to them that it was not drivable and according to the shop, they do not do any for corner inspection before driving a vehicle into there bay. Now my front passenger side suspension is sitting under the axle along with the wheel. My brake line was also ripped apart. The only thing intact and or not bent is my coil over. They are denying that they tried to drive my vehicle. That I have pictures of my Vehicle being dropped off in a parking spot by the tow, then pictures the next day of my vehicle in the middle of their parking lot. It will cost a little over $4000 for the repairs. Corporate is denying responsibility as well. Im glad I have pictures and videos and also them comparing the situation to someone with cancer which is very unprofessional if you ask me considering the damage these guys did to my vehicle.

Absolutely horrible! Went in to have car ** looked at with the thought that it might simply be a faulty sensor and the idiot at the counter immediately said I would need a new compressor before I could even finish explaining what I thought might be wrong. They replaced that particular sensor supposedly, and evacuated and refilled the system with R134a, supposedly.Almost 4 hours later the same idiot tells me that they cannot get the system working and that I need a new compressor at a cost of 8-12 hundred dollars. So basically I ended up paying ****** for a ***** sensor and a non operational **.This is shoddy business practice at best, And to top off this terrific experience, I get home into my garage and lift the hood to make sure everything was in place and wouldnt you know.both caps for the ** charging ports were missing, and part of the plastic liner that fits under the front bumper was dislodged and just hanging down. Back to Meineke I went. Shady uneducated idiots. I wouldnt go there again if it was the only shop in town and hopefully enough people will clue in and stop going there and this place will have to close!

Never go to this place! their extremely shady towards women. I paid for a service last week! and not even a week later the service is not working. How do I know because I recently got pulled over for my turn signals not working! I literally got out of a ticket, by showing my Meineke receipt, I then call them, and they looked me up and told me to come back. That very next day I go, and the store Manager ********** was very dismissive and rude! As if he was the one out of money and without a service you have a receipt for. Now I feel I was gotten over on as a woman, who was surrounded by men, and that's not right! I got the service 12/13, called them 12/19 and returned my car 12/20. Not even a full week. The manager then goes and says It's a wiring problem, I'm sure the same problem from 12/13 that was never addressed. They asked me to pay an additional $170 that day for my turn signals to work. I said I did not have it and wanted my money returned for what I did pay for in which is not working. I do not know any Single mother going to get her car serviced and then having them tell you after you pay you need more work in order for that service to work. The store manager ********** then got rude said he would have someone else reach out to me and that was on December 20,2023 and No one since has given me a call. Will love to hear back from someone. This place is shady. I experienced the same as the other review here where **** the manager tried to paint a doom and gloom picture that my brakes were metal on metal. Definitely not the case and I still have a lot of brake pad. They took my tires off to send the pics online, but then left one of my tires flat with the valve stem cap glued on so I would have to come back and get things fixed. They dont care that my tire could have blown out on the high way or that my tires were already low profile tires. Luckily all I had to do was a valve stem replacement for $20 instead of whatever they wanted to scam me for. I called meineke corporate to investigate them. Hopefully no one gets hurt from these idiots
