            Reindeer is a terrible company that failed to follow through on their obligation to delivery my golf cart on time and also in the condition it left. They will not repair my cart which they damaged in shipment and cannot provide the details to show they did not damage it and refuse to pay for repairs. I am requesting they repair or replace my cart.

            I do not recommend this company if you want a vehicle relocated.We were told it would be 3-4 days for it to be picked up and 2-5 days for delivery(with a *** of 14 days)to have the vehicle transported.We were told we would be updated on it and never was. We called multiple times to get answers and got voicemails. I finally sent an email and got a response from the *** and another gal. I kept getting excuse after excuse and they would get back to me which they never did. I had to continue calling.This is not how a company should do business.Finally after the car had been sitting for 14 days at one of their facilities, I cancelled them!!The bill was all paid upfront and we still dont have it credited back to our card. I was told it would be 3-5 business days for the credit to show up. Its been over 30 days and it still hasnt. It is now in dispute with Discover card.I hired another company and they had the car delivered in 3 days and in perfect shape.Dont waste your time and nightmares with using this company!!

We certainly apologize for the issues you experienced with the relocation and are happy to hear you were able to get it move successfully for you.
