      They are a HORRIBLE SO CALLED COMPANY. I ordered a birthday present for my daughter July 8, 2024 to be sent to an APO address. To this DAY 8/12/2024 nobody knows where the package is. Target told me they are MARKING it as LOST. The ONLY way to mail a package to an APO address is the US POSTAL ***** full beauty brands mailed it ****** I had to keep on calling to find out where the package is and got NOWHERE from target. Do NOT RECOMMEND & WILL NEVER SHIP ANYTHING AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY. ******* customer service is much better.

      I have been a customer with one of the companies that sell under this brand for years. When you buy from one of their 17 companies ion the website be aware of the tax estimate policy. What happens is that they estimate your tax at checkout, if the estimate is not correct they will hold up your debit card for the whole amount again plus the difference in tax, in my case it was only 1 cents. My estimated tax and purchase amount was $229.38 they went ahead and held up my card and bank balance for another $229.39 both amounts were pending for days holding up $459.00 on my debit card! If I didnt have that balance on my card there would have been trouble for sure. I dont think this is ethical, its looking more fraudulent and even my banker said it looks shady like they are double charging you. Oh by the way I havent even received the items Ive purchased yet. Well sadly Im saying goodbye to all the companies listed, I will not shop here again. I cant afford this to happen again and when I called the companys headquarters I was hung up on (swimsuit for all). After I asked how would you like to have your money held up for days over 1 cents? Bites beware!

      I am having a horrific time trying to return Items from Catherine's. I ordered over $1000 worth of bras from this company, so I could try ones and keep what fits. I entered my PayPal information once during checkout. Catherine's has been charging for each shipment as it goes out. I tried to do my returns today and found out I was only getting $98 back for returns on over $540 worth of bras. I have called 4 different numbers including Happy Returns, Catherine's, and Paypal. Happy returns confirmed that the amount I should be getting back is over $540, but Catherine's is listing only $98.During one of my calls to Catherine's I was transferred to the collections ***** where they told me my account was on hold due to a bounced payment. I didn't get a notification about this from PayPal, so I wanted to investigate before giving ANY more money to Catherine's at this point. Upon calling PayPal, I was informed that none of my Catherine's payments had been rejected. I really don't know what is going on over at Catherine's. I do not know what their vendors are doing that they are filling out my payment information and causing a 'hold on my Catherines account'' and making me ineligible to receive the purchase price for my returns. At this point I just want to return all of the items that I have not worn at this point and be done with this disorganized mess of a company. This has eaten up far too much of my work day, but I am glad I paid attention before Catherine's just waltzed away with all my hard earned money while I wasn't paying attention.I will not rest until this is resolved.Buyer BEWARE!

      This company has a great scam. First, their sizing is WAAAAY off (too large), so it takes at least two and probably three attempts to find the right size. After I placed an order (should have known better) I went to the website to check status - the order wasn't there. I figured I just forgot to press the "Place Order" button, so I ordered again. When I received both duplicate orders, both for the wrong size item) I returned them. The return policy states that you can either request a refund, for a processing fee of $11) or get a gift certificate for the return amount. I went through the same process to try to find the right size (stupid, right, but these were the only pants I could find that are light enough for the 110 degree heat we are having). I chose the gift certificate instead of having to pay the $11, so now I have nearly $100 OF MY MONEY tied up in this company. They have another affiliate as a home furnishing store, but everything on that site costs 3 times as much as the same item on Wayfair or Amazon. Plus-size women are already taken advantage enough by the clothing industry. This is the last time I'm ordering from his company. I hope this has helped somebody.

      I ordered 5 of the same shirt, for my husband. One of the shirts had several stains on it straight out of the package. I was told by their customer service agent that I didn't need to return the shirt and that they would refund the money to the original form of payment. It's been over a month now, and nothing. Each new representative says 3-5 business days for the refund... What a waste of money!

      Thanks to *********'s my credit rating went down 104 points in one day. I had checks lost at the post office in early July. When I realized I called the three business's and tried to make the Payments by phone. There was no problem with any of them except *********'s. On July 5, I made a $68.00 payment to *********'s. I looked at my *********'s account on July 22 and it showed the $68 payment and that there was no payment due. On July 29, I looked at my credit union account which also shows my credit score. My credit score had dropped 104 points. Upon investigation, I found that it was because *********'s had turned me in for delinquency and that the $68.00 never went through. There was no notice....nothing. I called *********'s and tried to straighten it out. I wanted to pay my account off. I dealt with two ladies who I believed tried to help me. I made a $444 payment by phone. I became concerned when I did not see the payment going through my bank. I called the bank this morning and they stated that they had no record of the payment going through or being rejected. I called *********'s and I was told that their record showed that the $444 was made but not that it went through. I was told by the person who dealt with me on July 29 that the late fees would be taken off. It is no surprise that the late fees are still being charged. This is not a matter of someone not having the money to pay bills. This is about s**** *** that is affecting my credit. I just want to pay this off and never charge again with *********'s.

      Getting off their mailing list is almost impossible. I get multiple catalogs each week after multiple requests for them to stop. They say theyre stopping them but it will take six weeks but then they never stop.

      I've purchased items from this company for a few years and have felt some frustration with their practices and policies, but the latest situation is 100% unacceptable and borders on fraud. I ordered an item and was sent the completely wrong thing. I wanted to return it for a refund (not exchange it). They charged me $10.98 shipping to return the item that was sent to me by their error. I contacted customer service and was told that once the incorrect item was received, they would credit my account ( I was using the Roamans credit card) for the shipping. They received the item and did credit my account for the item but not the shipping. I contacted customer service and was told the shipping charges would be credited in 3-5 business days. It wasn't. I contacted them again after 10 business days and was told they don't refund shipping charges. I paid the balance ($10.98) on the Roamans card and will be closing that account as soon as the balance is zero. I won't be shopping Full Beauty Brands ever again and I will warn anyone I can that they are a fraudulent company. A business could bring in a lot of money sending the wrong item and charging for it's return, with very little cost to them to do it. Especially if they send out small items that require little initial shipping cost and then get that item back to repeat the cycle. The wrong item I received was a very large cup bra. Product quality is often poor, but large sizes for some products can be hard to find. **************** is poor. Don't get me started with their catalog mailing practices. Order anything and the onslaught begins. Getting them stopped is another challenge. Very, very annoying.

      I just tried to use a coupon that was sent to me for King Size. They refused to honor it using some type of psycho babble. I own an advertising agency and what they do is false advertising.
