They have violated the ***** several times and have been harassing me with multiple calls a day. They have left messages on my cellular line, without prior consent, within 2 minutes of each other and identified as a debt collector without confirming that it is a secure system. In addition to the appropriate fines, I would like the company to confirm by mail proof of the debt and if there is in fact a legitimate debt, to eat the cost on their end and to send me A Letter of Release that the debt has been Settled in Full.

I have a collection that has been listen on my credit report from Receivable Management. I do not know what this collection is. I have asked them to provide a contract that I have signed doing business with them and they have no furnished me with proof that this debt exists. I am asking Receivable Management (RMP Services) to remove this inaccurate information from my credit report immediately. It is causing harm to my credit profile.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have made Receivables Management Services that this debt does not exist therefore no, I am unable to provide an itemized statement, I do not have one because one does not exist. So once again, I am asking for this collection to be removed from my credit report immediately.

I was contacted by this company about a private ambulance company bill for $150 from July 13th 2015. I explained to them this was not my bill and I have not been in an ambulance since 2011 and that was in a completely different city and it was a city owned and operated EMT. Now if they're using some kind of people search in an effort to find some unlucky sucker that will agree to pay the bill then they've called the wrong person! Again this is not my bill and I do not owe anybody. My bills are paid on time and I have a spotless credit report. Plus there is the fact that they are trying to collect on someone's bill that is just short of 9 years old. They are knowingly trying to collect a bill that is beyond the 7 year statue of limitations (I researched it) in the state of ********.

I never signed any contract with JP RMP so I need JP RMP to send me the following:

      - An itemized statement of the debt from Aspen Dental.

      - Any signed agreement or contract indicating that I agreed to pay JP RMP.

Additionally, I request that JP RMP provides me with an explanation as to why I received a letter from them if they ARE NOT a data furnisher. If they cannot provide the requested information, I request that they cease all collection activities regarding this account. I have attached their letter to me. Thank you.

I have never signed a contract with RMP SERVICES LLC., they have failed to provide me with the original contract. As a result, I demand that this debt be removed from my record immediately. I am prepared to take all necessary steps, including legal action, to protect my rights and clear my name. They constantly call my phone and leave voicemails telling me I need to return their call, but provide absolutely no other information. I called once and after FINALLY getting a live person on the phone, I asked what this was in regards to. The person on the line just said, "it's an attempt to collect a debt," nothing else about who it's for and for how much! I asked once again who the original debtor was and how much the debt was for, they refused to tell me anything other than what was owed. Again, I NEVER signed a contract with RMP Services LLC and because I've never received an itamized list of what is due and who it's due to, I request that they remove any and ALL negative credit reports on my credit ASAP, I expect a prompt resolution to this matter!
