      Purchase on April 21st of 2021. ****, owner of the company, has not been providing the project I paid for nor has he been willing to refund anyone their money. I have had a refund request since October of 2021 with promises of refunds but instead has been ignoring his own employees and denying people their money for a product he is selling that he DOES NOT have. He is committing theft and illegal holding of money/fraud of selling a product that he does not own.

      I purchased a graphics card as a pre-order back on March 16, 2021. The order had 3 items in it, one of which was a graphics card for $949. I was given a discount so the cost for my graphics card was $854. We were given a ETA on delivery. This ETA got pushed back multiple times until the point we werent getting any more information. There are over ***** people in the same situation and **** T has vanished without giving us any resolution. The people who worked for him digitally got fired. They do not even know whats going on except that he was somewhere around -$150,000 in the hole. I put a request in with QuadPay whom I used to cover $800 worth of my order for a refund. They need proof of the company not attempting to resolve the issue while there isnt much proof because **** is avoiding us all. I have a few unanswered text messages and discord messages regarding the graphics card. None of which had a resolution or refund.

      I paid $1806.64 to Sean T. Custom PC for a Preorder on a GIGABYTE RTX **** VISION OC 24G, Order STCPC-****, via credit card, on April 19, 2021. I anticipated a reasonable wait time of maybe a couple of months to get a GPU. I was reassured that it was supply issues and that some people ahead of me in line were getting GPUs; however, at some point this stopped, and further claims of supply and health issues supposedly halted progress. As if January 4, 2022, I requested cancellation and refund. It appears I should be in some sort of refund queue. It should not take this long to resolve refund requests. I would even be willing to take three ********** as an alternative if **** had them in stock, but I could never get an answer on the ********* availability either.I have many more screenshots to share that dont fit the size limit here.

      This company advertised and accepted preorders for graphics cards from hundreds of customer on April 4th, 2021. They also advertised people could cancel at any time and would get refunded immediately. The company was never able to procure the cards to supply customers and around July customers started canceling their orders. I cancelled my order (#STCPC-2105) valued at $1773.34 for a Gigabyte Vision ****. The company claimed that they had legal issues with Shopify and were having issues refunding money. They started requesting charge backs, venmo payments, ACH, checks as repayment methods but over the past 6 months the list of customers requesting money back has grown and no one is getting their money. I know there are at least over 100 customers waiting on refunds and who have paid between $900 to $1700 (minimum) each. The business must own consumers several $100k+. I'm in position ***** in a long and ever increasing queue of refund requests and have been in that position since December. This is knowledge I have obtained through an online chat forum on a Discord server of frustrated customers. The owner of the company has since started another similar business under a different name. The business has breached Shopify T&Cs, failed to meet FTC e-commerce laws, misappropriated customer funds and committing tax fraud. WIth no responses from the business (I've tried, email, phone, ********* discord) and wIth the owner creating a new business entity, I fear that other customers will also fall victim to similar scams in the future, and this warrants investigation. My request is for my money to be returned to me for the pre-order that I cancelled on Dec 13th, 2021.

      I purchased a preorder ASUS ROG STRIX RTX **** White GPU from this company on 4/5/21 with an estimated arrival in August. The total cost was ******. Since no GPU was sent and they were having issues with their supplier, I requested a refund on 10/1/21 with a support ticket on their Discord. On 10/11, got response saying sorry for the late reply and that I was added to list and recommended I give ACH info as Venmo was backlogged. Sent them the info next day. On 10/20 requested update, replay on 10/21 was hopefully this week. On 10/31 requested update, reply Ive been asking ****. On 11/10 requested update, no reply. On 11/15 requested update, reply we are working through Venmo best we can you are around 40th on list and although you gave ACH if we decide to use that option you will get faster. On 12/1 requested update and reply you are 22nd in line. 12/13 requested update, we havent moved in couple weeks waiting on **** to move more funds into account. Then it was **** has Covid now it just the same thing from the admins on Discord, waiting on ****. It has no been over 4 months since requested a refund. Im not alone either as many other customers are on their Discord wondering where their refunds are too. The resolution Im seeking as well as many others is please refund us our money or provide the GPUs we ordered which is very unlikely.

      I have purchased two GPU items from this business on Jan 16th . I got purchase confirmation here : https://store.seantcustompc.com/50329026710/orders/81951cd3fa345ab21b63ab9c6a68579b since then i have not received anything from seller, I asked several times when they are going to ship the items,I opened 2 support tickets, and left 2 voice mails.. no reply nothing !!!if they were out of stock, they should have told me when I made the purchase! I am suspecting that this seller is a fraud!!!!

      Hi, I paid $1,795.96 for a graphics card preorder from Sean T. Custom PC on Apr 3, 2021. Due to supply chain and high demand, I was informed and understood that the lead times would likely extend into June or July of that year. However, it is nearly a year later now and I was finally able to get the same product elsewhere, so I attempted to get a refund.Someone responded to my request, but said they don't have a timeline for when they will send my refund. I found out in their forum that some people have been waiting since may for the same refund, which makes me very worried since it is outside the window for a CC dispute charge.       Paid $935 for a GPU on April 3rd, 2021. Expected delivery time was late June or July of 2021. This initial delivery dates came and went with no delivery. The owner rarely posted on his discord message board, when he did it always another excuse for further delays. Eventually fed up with his delays I contacted the business on December 22nd to begin the process for a refund. The companies support team responded promptly asking for my order ID giving an array of options. Being they had over used Shopifys refund service they had limited options on ways to get me my refund. One of those options was to receive repayment through Venmo, ultimately this is what I elected to use. I provided my Venmo information, in which I was told Id be added to the list. Mind you we are 10 months from the payment I provided to **** T Custom Pc and they are stating they will simply put me on a list. Its been a nearly a month since requesting a refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team after my initial request I have not received my refund nor any update on when I may receive it.
