J Galt partnered with Spray Foam Genie corporate to provide services for their franchisees. I am a franchisee and was told my J Galt they had a 100% satisfaction money back guarantee. Upon being charged $5,000 to simply initiate services, we never received services. They did not help to procure a loan, and they did not provide a single other service to us. I have an email thread requesting a refund multiple times, however after responding a few times JGalt went dark.

I purchased ************ Finance Suite's business credit building services in January 2024. I signed a contract with them on January 29, 2024. Per the contract, I was to work with a credit analyst who would help me complete each step within their credit building software program and gain access to credit and capital options without using personal guarantees for my business capital. I am on tier 3 out of 7 tiers. On July 29, 2024, I was sent an email from the representative that sold us the program, stating that ************ Finance Suite had ceased business operations. I attempted to confirm this by calling ************ Finance Suite directly but no one would answer the phone. I then reached out directly by email to my credit analyst and her email was no longer valid. On August, 1st, I received an email from ************ confirming that they ceased operations and that a refund would not be provided since they were filing for bankruptcy protection in the upcoming days. My contract with them has not been fulfilled on their end. They did not send any notice of termination before closing their business and I received less than half the services that I paid $6,999.00 that I paid for. They are in breech of contract. They did offer to work with ************************* for an additional fee; however, the account rep confirmed that ***** did not know that she would be volunteered in their email to us, their clients. I have paid too much already for the little services I received, I refuse to pay anymore money going forward. As a client that paid for services and have a binding contract, I believe I am within my rights to receive a refund for the breech of contract and the services that I will no longer receive, but paid for.

Over the historical engagement with the company, I paid $3,615, and no services were provided. Company employees change faster than one can remember their names, and there is no proper transfer of clients from one person to another. Any attempt at stopping the service and requests for refunds were left unattended.

Was referred to ************ by ***************************, who mentioned that ************ specialized in helping small businesses achieve large funding capabilities with their guidance. Upon meeting with members of the ************ team in early November of last year, they informed me that they would be able to help my business out once I got enrolled in their program, which required a deposit or enrollment fee of $214.00. After paying that deposit on November 16th, 2022, I was told we did not qualify for the program, and in order to enroll, would have to take a cash advance loan with them that would cover the rest of the "enrollment" and allow them to begin to help me out. I politely declined their predatory attempts to get us to enroll, and have spent the better part of a year trying to get my money returned from ************ (***** and associates specifically). They have made zero attempts to contact me back or resolve the problem, they instead took my $214.00 and provided my business with zero services on their end. I have attached a copy of our bank statement from November of last year, showing the payment made to **************************** on November 16th, 2022. I have also attached a copy of the most recent attempt to contact ***** of ************ in reference to my yet unreturned deposit.

    Business Response

    Date: 11/27/2023

When I received this communication from the complainant, I was reviewing our Linkedin page with over ****** followers and realized that we have NEVER received a complaint of any kind from any forum and many of our hundreds of field force representatives are former members who felt a need to "join our cause"  and help small business owners build an impressive business credit profile that allows them to have access to to credit and capital that is entirely untethered from use of the owners personal credit report, FICO score or personal guarantee. I researched the matter and found that this is a simple case that ***********;****** does not pay his bills or keep commitments made to ************ or other vendors. Once we received ******************** commitment to enroll into the ************ program we immediately advanced on his behalf  $250 for a SaaS product software seat, $500 in marketing commissions, and $360 to one of our attorneys to launch the process of building his business credit profile. *************** is aware that the process of building a business credit profile impressive enough to stand alone and obtain capital & credit without a personal guarantee takes several months. We offer all of our members in writing an iron clad guarantee that as long as they do their part, which is show up and participate in meetings , 2-3 hours month,  and pay their bills to us and the creditors that we establish tradelines with on the member's behalf, they are guaranteed to receive a minimum of  $50k in credit and capital within the first year.

*************** did not meet any of his commitments to ************. As stated above, we lost money because we believed *************** and wanted to help him. We were / are within our right to turn his business over for collections. I opted not to exercise this right. Why compound the stress of a failing business. ************ is in business solely to help the entrepreneur. Honestly, we wrote this account off sometime ago. It is telling that the company would go to this  extreme to besmirch a company with a flawless impeccable reputation over a couple hundred dollar matter that happened a year ago.

If things are that difficult for ***************, should he contact me personally I will personally send him money and a holiday turkey to help him through a rough patch he must be going through. On behalf of ************ we cannot justify further investment in ******************* company.

    Customer Answer

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    604504443E638

Everything in their response is completely false.  I at no point entered into any commitment or agreement with them on my part, other than give them a deposit to help at which point they said they then couldn't without demanding more money.  It's a complete money grab of a business and the only person that lost ANYTHING was myself and my business.  To say that they should have taken me to collections in any way is egregious and completely misleading, and to say that I don't pay my bills, I should ****************** for defamation.

They took my money and provided me nothing in return except for demanding more money in order to help. Embarrassing response as well, trying to hide behind your LinkedIn numbers.  I feel bad for the whole company now honestly. Pretentious ******.
