Took the money and ran. What can I say, they did not deliver and there’s a reason they are out of business.

This company as taken my money. No way to contact them and make them respond. Pay them cash and the service was never completed like they said.

I cannot say enough positive things about ************************* at ************ Finance Suite. I had an earlier communication issue and **** was able to contact the right people and got the situation resolved quickly. Thanks ****!

Title: Disappointing Experience with ****** Finance Rating: ?????? (1 out of 5 stars)My initial contact with ****** Finance was through the *************************** which garnered a certain level of trust. I was promised a tailored financial solution that would assist my fledgling e-commerce brand. Despite a steep $10,000 fee, I was assured a possible credit line increase and a full refund at the end of a year-long contract under certain conditions ( or if certain conditions weren't met).My experience, however, was disappointing, to say the least. I was required to sign up with vendors that had no bearing on my business, and many of my applications were declined. But The goal was understood, just build the business's credit. I was told conflicting information from the consultant and ***, which lead to even more confusement. I was given the same directive with no support and yielded the same result. Nothing was ever tailored The response to the mounting issues was lackluster. My grievances, voiced in later meetings and through organized channels, were either ignored or ineffectively addressed. My request to cancel the service was overlooked until I contacted the consultant who initially enrolled me. The situation took a downward turn when the *** intervened in a scheduled meeting, providing a dismissive and disconcerting experience rather than addressing my concerns. I find myself out $2000, with no evident benefits to my business or resolution to my concerns.J Galt Finance's service was neither personalized nor did it meet my unique needs as promised. The company overlooked my concerns as a small business owner, and the handling of my case lacked the professionalism and support I expected I was goint to get. I hope my review aids others in making more informed decisions about their business financial support. I would caution -if especially you are a new company, small business or ecommerce brand with limited funds.
