    Filthy in every way. And because the owner is/was law enforcement and now his son likes to use that like ppl don't report that to I. A. We reported the illegal activities and complained about how disgusting the gym is and. Well after lying saying someone is something they are they NOT LOVE they revoked my membership and the owner says we have staff to clean. No you don't. I was told not to come on the property, etc. So I've made sure I checked my facts. And reported it to the proper authorities. Police shouldn't try to intimidate clients but they did. I'm not intimidated or impressed. I want my money or my membership and to come and go as I please...

    I have tried to cancel my membership for two years now. I no longer live in the area but they insist we come in to cancel. On top of their cancellation policy that is no where listed in anything they have online, they have no charged me 80 dollars a month twice. I only agreed on paper to pay 30 a month and never received anything saying prices were going up. For being no contract they sure have contracts for you to sign during your initial meet. This also did not have the cancellation policy listed.

    Worst experience ever all some bullshirt their taking money that doesn't belong them if my membership is free wtf are u taking money out of my acct for absolutely anything this morning 700 I had a ***** transaction and I had a free year of service annual fee came out the next f****** monet of ***** no other transactions should be occuring on my credit card I want my refund and I want the service cancelled y'all a f****** scam and ur employee don't have any type of customer service if I ask am employee what's their name on the phone as an employee u tell me your new so when I call back I can reference who I spoke with this morning and he f****** hung up on and after saying his name isn't important if ur am employee it is cuz I asked u over all experience I would never do it again F*** get fit club employees and the company this the 3rd time they won't ever get my dam money then calling and saying my acct need to be updated them calls come every single day 3 or 4 x a day why when my acct should be fine and I won a free membership for a year and a 1 month free trainer sessions refund me my fuckn money back
