    I reserved 3 rooms for the night of November 1st. I had a confirmation number that reserved my room for $189.99 a night. I was charged $444.58 for 1 night for all 3 rooms. The front desk said they would fix the issue and that the charges on my card were pending, not processed and it would be changed before it went through. This was not the case. I called several times and was told only *******, the general manager could fix the issue. I have sent her several emails and ******, the property manager did help some. After a couple weeks, 2 of the rooms were corrected. The 3rd room was charged $444.58 and $222.29. I opened a claim ticket with corporate and then the hotel closed it saying all money had been refunded. This is true for 2 of the rooms, but the last room still has the $444.58 and the $222.29 charge. Please help! I just don't understand why you can so easily correct 2 of the rooms but do nothing for the last room.

    On May 25th I checked into the Best Western Plus Indianapolis Nw after placing a reservation online directly through Best Western and applying a gift card for $300. Upon my arrival the hotel stated they didn't know how to apply the gift card after attempting to charge my credit card for the full cost of the stay $678.58 instead of the reservation price $378.58. The hotel staff and a manager told me that I would pay the full cost as a "hold" on my card and it would adjust to the correct amount upon check out. And to forward an email with my reservation confirmation to them at ******************** and they would make sure it was corrected. The transaction wasn't corrected. And the hotel hasn't responded to attempts to contact them regarding the issue. With a complaint to Best Western corporate and customer relations with ticket ******** returning with corporate telling me the gift card wasn't redeemed and to contact the hotel to process it, the gift card has a zero balance and states it was withdrawn that night. I'm wanting to hotel to correct the transaction and refund the difference of the $300 gift card which they withdrawn money from as seen in the attached images and reservation confirmation.
