I understand that when dealing with the government things move slowly but Lauth has out right lied and misinformed me deliberately. They contacted me last summer telling me they could retrieve a life insurance settlement of my dads who passed back in 2016. I knew about the policy but decided to let them handle it. When asked they told me it would take 2 or 3 months to get me a check. I also told them I wanted to be kept informed every step of the way, which they agreed to. It has now been almost a year and I still haven't seen a check. Whenever I try to call them either their phone system hangs up before I can leave a message or if I am lucky enough to leave a message, they never get back to me. In fact the only time I hear back is if they had another form for me to sign or I email them threatening legal action. Most recently the *** contacted me claiming he had tried calling me but had the wrong number. I told him that I had given his people the correct number months ago and that they had contacted me using a couple of times I have yet to hear back. these people only tell you what they want you to know and avoid answering any real questions. I still don't know how much the policy is worth or what I am getting.
