Company was to provide service to airport for a flight. Initially, pickup time was scheduled for 6AM on October 10. Travel agent contacted me and suggested that I change the pickup time to an earlier time. I called the service and left a message on his machine to change pickup time to 5:30AM. We were ready at 5:15 on the 10th, but the driver didnt show up until 6AM. We missed our flight as a consequence. We would have made our flight if the driver had shown up at 5:30. I contacted the tour company and provided them with evidence of phone calls to limo service. ************ rescheduled our tour, but I had to pay an additional $1,380.00 because of us missing our first tour. I would like to be compensated for this amount as it is a direct result of Carey Limousine failing to show up at 5:30.Customer response
