    We hired Integrity, moving service in August of 2023. During the move we noticed they damaged our furniture. So we asked them to be careful. At the end of the move we spoke with the person in charge and showed him all of a furniture that they had damaged. The mover informed us to contact the office and speak with ****** from integrity Moving services and file a claim. We spoke with ****** and she asked us to send the information and state it that she would reimburse us for the damage furniture. We sent Integrity pictures and information of the damaged furniture. We have NOT received payment for the damaged property. Chanel from Integrity Moving service is now avoiding our phone calls. She does not answer or email us back. This company and ownets of the company are very professional and unethical. They shouldnot be in business. Based on their reviews they have done this to other people. I would like to have my furniture replaced or paid for damaged furniture since they were the ones that damaged it. This company should not be in business.

    Moving service was provided in August 2023. The movers were over 5 hours late and got high on the job. Team did not arrive with the right size moving van in my opinion. Not all of our items would fit and then we had to make another trip back to back on our own to retrieve them. Items were not wrapped appropriately or taken care of. Upon arrival to our new home, we discovered major damage to furniture. Dining set was scuffed, scratched, dented and chunks of wood were out of the chairs. Our daughters crib is trashed. One of the feet has a whole half piece cracked off. Several places were dented and again chunks of wood knocked out. The under bed drawer was broken, a s**** misplaced and now cant be reassembled. The remaining that they did assemble was put backwards and loose. Our armoire received several scratches, which took paint off and there is one major dent. Our bedside tables are essentially ruined. Drawers arent functional and the tops are ripped off. Shelving was thrown around. Front door was dented at our previous home and a door frame at our new home dented as well. I contacted the business 4 times the following day and didnt receive a response until 5 hours later, by the woman who books the moves, not by the manager. There was no sense of urgency in solving our issues. The carelessness of the crew is so upsetting. Minor damages while moving are expected, but this was not and is absolutely outrageous. I do believe I spoke to the manager the night of the move (which didnt even finish until nearly 1am!) and all he was concerned with was payment and not all of the damage, in fact, I dont think he even apologized! He told me to file an insurance claim the next morning and thats it. I started the claims via texting the pictures, which was all I was told to do. No follow up for weeks. I kept following up and they refuse to reimburse for the damages and now are ignoring all of my phone calls. This has been going on for one year. This is unbelievable.
