10/24/23-Called for info on training classes. Got a VM to leave message for groom appt. Went to contact form website. Asked to confirm $110 for 8 classes. 10/25/23-Got response through email that was correct; 8 classes for $110. Enrolled online from website. Chose Tues 1:002:00 pm class option. Chose 10/31/23 as preferred start date. Received confirmation of payment but no confirmation of the enrollment. Still no confirmation by 10/30/23. Called. Got VM to leave message for groom appt. Left message stating I didnt want groom appt, I wanted confirmation of enrollment. I didn't receive call back. Sent another message on contact form on website that I want refund. THEN I got a call back. The person I spoke with said they would have classes available after the holidays. I said that didnt work for ****** wanted a refund so that I could get with someone who could work with us now. That person then said they had a class starting on 12/14 at 6:00 pm & asked if I could wait until then. I agreed & she said they would send a confirmation email closer to the start date. 11/12/23-Received email confirmation of location & start time for the ******************** NOT TO BRING MY DOG TO THIS CLASS. This is the first time I was informed of any dog training class that did not include my dog. The email said to reply, got it. Replied & got 2 failure notices that my email was undeliverable. I understand now after talking to ******** that it was a group email & when I replied to ALL, some of those email addresses were just other random people & werent the actual company. I explained my concern though because of the previous problems with communication. I went WITHOUT MY DOG & explained that at no time had anyone told me that the enrollment was actually 1 training class for me & 7 for my dog. When I spoke with person 2 weeks ago & she asked me if I could wait 2 more weeks to train my dog, she didnt say it would actually be 3 weeks before MY DOG would start training classes.Customer response

The complaint says, "Desired Settlement: Refund None Provided."
I want a refund. I have attached my receipt of payment. I want a refund of $110.00.
