      As a condo owner (****************************************************************************************************. In *****), I am one of five families who have been displaced due to a lightning strike which caused fire and water damage on Saturday, June 29, 2024. It has been seven months since the lightning strike occurred. Kirkpatrick Management has managed this situation very poorly. There has been a lack of communication and forward progress concerning rebuilding the Condominiums. Telephone calls and emails go unanswered. Condo owners have been required to paid *** fees ($378.55 per month) for the last seven months and we are not receiving services. I would like for Kirkpatrick Management for reimbursement of paid *** fees since the lightning strike and drop the *** fees until a complete move in. Kirkpatrick Management needs to be more client friendly with improved communications and a flexible timeline for repairs will be a great start.

      This property management company failed to keep up with snow removal. I have not been able to get my car out of the garage due to snow plows leaving a pile of snow behind my garage. This company is paid to fix that. I have been walking to the store in sub zero temperatures because they haven't removed the snow as they have been been paid to do. I am not seeking restitution. I just want them to do what they are being paid to do. They are not doing that and I was hung up on when I called to make a complaint and request service.

      My husband and I have had the same concern for the past 3 years with one of neighbors with his junk trucks on side of our house. We have been calling, texting emails the *** with no response. We are now in need for them to step due to has other neighbors parking in front of house to be spiteful due to they leave on the next street.

      I have lived in my home for 22 years and always paid my *** **** until I fell behind a couple of years ago. Kirkpatrick took over and did away with payment plans and any thing that made it easy to pay your dues. I've been making payments trying to get caught up. I even paid the full amount due on July 1 2024. I called Kirkpatrick and explained I was having health issues and trying to make payments while getting crazy medical bills. First they said they understood to keep making payments. Then a week later they said they were turning me over to collections, I have no idea why Kirkaptrick treats people this way??? Is this how you treat families that are having health issues?? Kirkpatrick added more fees to the balance by turning me over to collections. He even bragged that I'd have to work it out with the attorney. This is an absolute crappy way to treat people. Plus Kirkpatrick never enforces any *** **** in our neighborhood so I have no idea what I'm paying for. Kirkpatrick needs to take the collection fees off my account or I will make sure your company is reviewed to show how poorly operated it is and that you treat families terribly.

      Refusing to assist with my account because its in legal collections has nothing to do with me? Prove I paid late and didnt pay according to the timeline?? You put my account in legal collections. Its obvious you treat homeowners differently with the violations that are allowed on certain properties. I will make sure to give my review of the horrible company and tell the news along with the **** Very unprofessional company

      On Sept. 9, 2024 the pumping station pumps broke down causing sewage to flood into my condo and my neighbors as well. Under normal circumstances we are responsible for flooring within our units. The Association attorney claims we are responsible for damages even though their equipment caused the flood. This is completely unreasonable. In the past when this has happened they had people begin repairs on the same day. We do not know what suddenly changed. They continue to claim no responsibility on their part. What if their truck plowed into our building causing inside damages, Of course they would repair outside and INSIDE damages. This is no different.

      Page 11 of a welcome letter states that a pump failure of the lift station could result in sewage flooding most units.  I was flooded at 2925 along with my neighbor at 2929 Country Estates Dr.  The blockage and flooding occurred due to an outside breakage and the Association is responsible.  The problem was not due to a breakage in our units ,such as a clogged commode.  State law trumps our rules and regulations.  If your truck hit our building causing inside damage,  you pay for inside damages being the responsible party.  This is the exact same thing, be responsible for what old pumps  caused.  You took this to your lawyer, I do not want to do the same thing.  The rules have no exceptions, but common sense and decency surely should persuade anyone with any lucidity to see the responsible party should stand up and accept responsibility.

      Kirkpatrick management has been our management company. We have paid them to handle landscaping needs. They have not kept their agreement. Landscaping has not been performed and irrigation system does not work even though we are paying for the services.

      An *** board member pooped on my house 2 times, I have this on Video and the case is pending with law enforcement, I had to write 7 emails to get one of the pooping removed. They still have not removed the 2nd one. Being the person was an active member of the *** Board at the time I should not be having this much trouble getting the *** or the Management company to take care of the damage done. I am willing to talk to any media or anyone else and share all of my information.*** board member caught on video pooping on neighbor's house (fox59.com)

      Since a board member did damage while being a board member the board is on the hook for repair and or removal. Review the *** rules and regs.  They have since removed stated p*** for said ex-board member. Reword and try again.

      My husband and I live in The Oaks in ********** whose *** is managed by Kirkpatrick Management. Between November 16th and 17th, the *** contracted a company to paint parts of each unit in the subdivision. It was the ***s decision, not ours. In the course of painting on our house, my sons window was cracked. My ex-husband filed the complaint on November 22nd to the *** to have them inspect and repair or replace the window. Neither I nor him have received any response or action in the time since. I called to follow up and was told I had received an email explaining the contracted company denies cracking the window as they were not near it, thus the *** will not repair or replace it. The shutters that are on the cracked window are painted so obviously they were near the window. Also, they left equipment on our front lawn by the house overnight. So, yes, they were near the window and it likely was cracked while they were there working

      At closing of selling my house, the property management company is charging me a fee of $140 to change the name on the property (they are so charging the buyer of my home the same $140 for the same simple task). They wont issue a clear title without me paying this fee. They are holding my house hostage to a fee for a service of changing a name. $280 for 5 minutes worth of work, basically charging $700 an hour for admin work.This is extortion and should be criminal.
