*** lived in one of their properties for a little under 4 months and every time I bring up a maintenance issue I am met with aggression and no resolution. I first moved in and gave an initial inspection to their maintenance supervisor ********************* and her response was I dont think we will do anything to fix these. Upon the list was one of the rooms smelling of urine, a fridge not working, and microwave door being broken. After weeks of arguing they would send someone to fix it. To this day the room still smells of urine and nothing is being done to fix it. Later the siding of the house was ripping off and it took a week for anyone to respond. Now I was forced to pay for something that was broken before I moved in and that being the dryer vent. Prior to me taking the property it seems someone tried to unclog the dryer vent and broke a 7 foot brush in the vent causing it to clog and causing a possible fire hazard. I brought this to there attention. They ask me to provide information to which I accommodate and then request more and more detailed information to include the maintenance license number. I have them the companies number in which the man said that he provided all the information and that she lied to me. They questioned why I was charged so much and I explained the up charge was due to birds nest as well as the tools left in the vent causing more work to be done from the original service. **** says I was scammed and that they most likely will not reimburse the maintenance for the home. It has been nothing but a struggle to work with ********************* and although I go through all the correct channels I seem to get no where.

I moved in *********************** October 1, 2018 until September 30, 2023. When I moved in, there were multiple things wrong, so I reported it to BBB. The original owner sold the house to Parc Property Management on September 1, 2019. I always followed the rules and regulations of my lease. I was never late on my rent or utilities. They never came to upgrade anything on property other than what the BBB order them to fix. I have pictures and videos of the property on how I left it. There is no damage to the property, other than wear and tear from years of living there. I throughly deep clean the entire house indoors and outdoors. Now Parc Property is using my deposit to clean carpet, replacing of doors, blinds, removal of stickers on wall, removal of curtain bracket, ect. Per lease none of these thing are in my lease. Fine me for smoking in the house, but there is no evidence or smoke damage to the property. I have emails for work orders that was denied and not fixed on property. They sent me a copy of the first invoice, than after I told them I will have my lawyer look over this, cause some of the stuff is not in my lease, so they sent me the same invoice with adjustments, claiming that it was the original copy. I have emails to prove this.

The business has agreed to return my full security deposit. I received an email which stated they will be forwarding my security deposit to my new address. Thanks
