  I hired this company to do work on my house after a fire. We met in June of 2022 the job didnt get started until September of 2022. I gave them a initial check and in September a partial payment. My original payment was spent before the job got started and when it was time to do the work it was slow to no progress. I stop the job on Nov 2nd due to unsatisfactory work. My house isnt finished and he hasnt invested my money into my house

  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 
  
  Their follow up isnt true. We first met June 13th. I met in July to give contractor a check which he spent before starting the project. When the project was started in September less than two weeks later contractor needed more money which I supplied. Contractor would go days without working and communication. Contractor has billed for work that he hasnt completed and I had to hire someone else to fix what he billed for that wasnt completed. I have records to show. Contractor never supplied receipts to go with my project. He is now trying to put a lien on my house for work he didnt complete. He has committed insurance fraud.
