  I recently had my roof replaced by Cochran Exteriors, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the team was incredibly knowledgeable, fast, and friendly.They took the time to explain everything to me, from the materials they were using to the installation process, so I always felt in the loop. What really stood out was how friendly and approachable everyone was. They made the entire process stress-free and even took care of the cleanup, leaving my yard spotless. I would highly recommend Cochran Exteriors to anyone looking for quality roofing services. They truly went above and beyond, and I'm thrilled with my new roof!

  Avoid this company. They will weasel out of poor workmanship. Warranty isnt worth the paper it was written on.

  Did a fair amount of research and settled on Cochran Exteriors for the replacement of roof on my home. The communication during the entire process was excellent. Calls and or emails were returned same day. The one issue that came up was handled so well it was amazing. Truly customer centered. The roof looks amazing. After a heavy rain I was able to walk around and ALL the leaks were resolved and trust me there were a lot of leaks behind the gutters. The clean up was just as awesome, my house is a little over ***** sq feet, and for a job this big found 4 nails after they left and all the other trash was picked up. ** truly looked out for me.

  Repeated months long delays. Little to no communication when work was going to begin, despite calls, messages, and texts from us. Over the months it took to complete the work, most days we werent kept informed if workers would be there or not. More than once we were told not to expect workers, only to have them show up or told to expect workers and no one showed up. They left 3-4 wide gaps between the stone and the windows. They reconnected electrical using siding tape instead of electrical tape, used the wrong size flashing behind the lights, looks terrible. They sent someone to make repairs, they didnt repair everything. After they completed the window install, we noticed one window not done. They said someone forgot to order it. No one ordered it during the week long install, we had to call the salesman to get this ordered and months later it was installed. We had miscommunication paying the last 5%, on both sides. After mailing a check, they said they never received it, they said a salesman would come by. That was three weeks ago. Today they reminded me to mail the check or they could send a salesman, as if all of our previous conversations never occurred. Very frustrating process over nearly a year to get windows and siding installed.

  Excellent customer service from beginning to end of project. My siding needed to be replaced due to storm damage. Cochran helped me through the insurance process which turned a difficult project into an easy one.
