If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I have a 1998 Jeep Cherokee and I’m on my third motor within 3 years of getting a jasper motor. The first one had a lifter failure within the first 1,000 miles, then the second motor didn’t make it to the 1st 1,000 mile oil change because of cracked head and oil leaks and the third motor is now using antifreeze because of a cracked head again and leaking oil. Between the 3 motors, I have not put over 15,000 miles on those motors before all of them failed. I’m now out of a warranty and they were no help when I called and asked what they could do because of their p.o.s. Motors. Something needs to be done and I don’t and will never recommend Jasper to anyone. I have had multiple co-workers, friends and family that have had multiple jasper motors ranging from the 5.7 V8 and 6 cylinder engines and they all have had 2-5 engines from Jasper and they are still having issues to this day. I will absolutely not use Jasper again and I don’t understand how they are even in business. Absolutely pathetic and no quality and integrity whatsoever.

This company has no integrity whatsoever. We sent an engine back after it taking 3 months to get it, didn't even take it off of the truck, sent it back very first week of August, still do not have our money returned to us, they have had the engine since the end of August. After speaking to multiple team members, being assured that our check was in the mail and being returned, still nothing. Spoke to a supervisor named Tony, he was supposedly going to over night the full refund including freight for the inconvenience, that was 3 weeks ago, still nothing. Our next step is a law suit. This is the worst company I've ever felt with. At this point, we should recieve full refund plus some for the stress this has caused and all the drama going through this crap.

I bought a Jasper engine in 2022, it has to be replaced in 2023 the cylinders compression was bad. Got the second engine put in 2023, it was leaking oil they had to replace the rear main seals shortly after engine was put in. The engine was still leaking oil after rear main seals was replaced, next they found out the upper oil pan was cracked is why it was still leaking oil. So Jasper has sent out a 3rd engine to replace the second engine, I picked my car up today after 3rd engine was installed at the same dealership by the master technician, and less than 100 miles on the 3rd new engine, the engine is leaking oil again. So 2022, 2023 & 2024 Jasper engine has sent the dealership 3 different engines to put in my car, out of all 3 engines I haven’t gotten 15,000 miles and the warranty is almost expired. At this point I’d like Jasper engine to provide me a new engine, pay for everything it cost to get engine replaced to include all fluids, I’d also request that Jasper engine give me in writing a new 3 year 100.000 mile warranty to go with the new engine. I’d also like a full refund for the engine that I purchased from Jasper engine, due to Jasper engine not being able to provide a quality product, and all the time and inconvenience I’ve had to suffer because the engines have been totally trash. If Jasper engine going forward is a reputable leader in the remanufacturing engine business, it’s only fair to me for having to endure a new engine in 2022, 2023 & 2024 due to obviously poor workmanship and Jasper engine should honor my demands for the inconvenience alone! I have pictures from the first engine install to this 3rd engine install, and since all 3 engines were dealership installed, I’d say after reading the other reviews and see another customer had 3 different engines replaced, this is a open and shut case. I just need to know, when should I expect my new engine, the new 3 year warranty and my original purchase price refund. Thanks

I have been through two motors in less than 3 years. these motors are junk period. The second motor I told them I want a full refund which they quickly agreed to but nothing for my time. I will never get another remand engine ever. I will junk the vehicle first. wish i could give them negative stars cause it would be negative 10 for sure.

We had the original transmission replaced in our 2015 Ram 3500 in November 2023 with a Jasper transmission after a catastrophic failure, only to have the new Jasper transmission fail just 3 1/2 months later in March 2024. Jasper covered the cost for a new transmission but not the cost of the labor, damage done to other engine parts or the time off work (we use our truck for our hotshot business). So after being out of $9,620.00, not including missed work, the transmission failed again in August 2024. We chose a transmission specialist to look at it. There was metal chards in the pan, a loose bolt and a broken rod. It cost us $7000 to have the transmission rebuilt. Jasper says that because we didn't do a warranty replacement with them AGAIN that there is nothing to be done. Why would I have another Jasper transmission installed after 2 failures. They didn't fully cover the expenses of the last one as promised and we cannot afford to keep doing this. Their product has cost us 10's of thousands of dollars and they could care less. Horrible product and customer service.

Spent over $4500 on engine plus new parts from Quality Automotive biggest stupidest mistake of my life. The motor had no power made a lot of ticking noise took back every 3 months Jasper and Quality Automotive did nothing to make it right so don't be fooled by Jasper having good rebuilds stay as far away as possible look for 5-7 year no fault warranties from good reliable honest rebuilders and find a good honest shop to do the works. I called Jasper directly with the receipt they do not give a crap about there quality there customers. I pleaded with them is there anything you can do to help me out I need a new motor the customer service rep practically laughed. JASPER IS NOT A GOOD RELIABLE REBUILDER, don't be fooled like I was.

Purchased a replacement 5.7l HEMI Engine for my 2013 Ram 1500 at 101,000 miles. At 128,000 miles or 27,000 Miles on replacement engine, I noticed extreme oil consumption. Took back to my mechanic and he varified the extreme oil usage. They contacted Jasper and wanted a new replacement engine. After some hagling, Jasper said they were having some issues with the valve seals on that particular model engine. They sent my mechanic the improved valve seals and reimbursed them the installation cost. Although, not at the hourly rate they normally charge. So I was without my truck for about two weeks. I now have 61,000 on the remanufactured engine and it is doing fine so far. It is warranted for 100,000 miles or 3 years. So i'm statisfied that they stood behind their product. My mechanic is still kinda of upset that they did not just replace the engine or pay their mormal rate, but all in all in worked out in the end.
