    This place is full of lies , deceit . Wouldn't stand on their warranty, place needs investigation.

    The real story is this customer bought a 21 year old car, negotiated the price to an as is level.  He test drove and inspected the vehicle before the purchase and was happy with the car.  After the purchase, he took the car to a tire store to have a light bulb changed and they proceed to up sell their services on preventive maintenance items.  The customer calls ** with the complaints.  We ask him to bring it to ** to inspect the vehicle and help resolve anything that is potentially a real issue.  We immediately worked the vehicle into our schedule.  After reinspection, we find everything is with in normal specs for the age of the vehicle and fully functional and safe.  The warranty that came with the vehicle is for major break downs and is still in full effect.  We were/are more than happy to help satisfy any reasonable concerns on the said vehicle.  No warranty fixes something that is not broke.  Also, when you cross a line and start being vulgar towards our employees you will be shown the door.

    Would never recommend nor buy again. Had to put **** bucks into our ready to go bumper to bumper warranty Jeep. Got blown off when we raised safety concerns. Warranty wasn't worth anything when they denied the claim from the start because a brake line collapsed. We complained over brake issues steering issues etc blown off by dealer and warranty. Sold us a lemon ??. Don't buy here no quality inspection of the product.

    Update:  This problem was resolved.  The customer authorized repairs to a Jeep dealer without getting prior approval from their warranty company.  The dealership did a lot of unnecessary work at full retail price.  The warranty company doesn't fix things that are not broken.  The bottom line with this claim is that the proper procedures were not followed and the customer gave a new car service department the go ahead to do a list of recommended maintenance on a 10 year old Wrangler with altered suspension.  Also, this vehicle was inspected and driven prior to this customer purchasing it.  Had the customer brought the concerns to **, we could have helped them resolve their concerns it a much more cost effective manner.  

    We have been in business since **** and we go above and beyond to help all our customers with any issues that they may have.  We also do everything we can to insure you're getting a safe and quality vehicle, but we are also dealing with used machinery and customers with limited budgets.
