    0 stars! We bought my sisters prom dress here a few years ago so we came back for my next sisters prom. We walked in with my very well behaved 7 year old niece and my 1 year old in a STROLLER and we were greeted at the door saying we could not bring in anyone under 10 years old. Mind you, my niece walked in and sat on a bench quietly and my son was sitting quietly in his stroller. We traveled over an hour to spend our money there and needless to say our money went to another business!!! No where is it listed on their front door nor their website they are discriminating. BAD BUSINESS!!!

When we returned to operations after Covid shutdown we had the city inspectors come out and designated how many people was capacity (24), and we were allowed 13 during the half capacity limit for over a year. They also limited us with any strollers or car seats (fire exit-we only have one exit door), a permanent restriction. You stated we dont have this information posted anywhere but its part of everything we have active online and upon entering the store where everyone must stop to check in. Its a shame you didnt check any of our sites or call us for details. You wouldve had a great experience as always.

    We had a horrible experience with this store. February 2022, I bought a prom dress for my daughter because her prom was in April. We left the dress for alteration. In the second week of April, we start calling, asking about the status of the dress. No one answered, and every time we drove to the store, it always locked. Two days before the prom, after we decided to get another dress, the owner called us and said the dress is ready for pickup. It is normal to express disappointment as a customer, but the owner was so RUDE. She told us she did her job and didn't care what we feel. I would not use that store anymore. It is stressful for me and my daughter.

    First, let me apologize for our telephone. We had someone hit a pole on our street in February 2022 and weve had trouble since intermittently receiving calls. Weve had metronet out here over 30 times changing equipment, running new lines in then out, doing this and that. I think, finally, 1 year and a month later they have it fixed. I apologize if someone was rude to you. However it was not the owner. (Me). I was off work for the first 3 weeks of April 2022, I was in the hospital for two weeks and recovered at home another week. I returned to work on April 25. The person whom we hired for alterations was contacting customers to pick up gowns as she finished them (since I was in the hospital). That person isnt doing anymore subcontracting for us due to problems with incorrect alterations. I didnt receive a notification for your review either. I got on here today, March ********************************** heard this. Im very sorry I wasnt aware of this sooner. I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me. I try really hard to help the girls find their dream dress and provide correct & timely alterations.
