If I could give zero stars to this business I would, but I have to say there are some (not a lot) very helpful people who work here. Let me start by saying the company should not be called Two Men and a Truck but Two Fools who dont give a you get the idea. FIRST: **************** is inconsistent. You can call and leave messages, send emails, and they are not returned. The explanation? The voicemail system doesn't always let them know they have a message. Does this explain unreturned emails? No. SECOND: Is this business solution oriented? No. My booking for our move was incorrect and the move was scheduled for one day when it shouldve been scheduled for a two day with an overnight hold. This put us into a quandary and I asked the manager do you have any ideas for what we could do as an alternative? His answer was no, we dont. I suggested calling another Two Men and a Truck as a backup. As that didnt work out, we ended up having to rent a storage unit for our items. THIRD: Does this business treat your items with care? No. The movers dropped our $4000 ** refrigerator (they didnt wrap it), dropped our $3000 Ethan ***** formal dining table, and scuffed up the door frames in the house (we ended up having to cut a check for our home buyers to pay for the damage the movers made in the house). We also discovered damaged and ripped sofas, and an oil painting that was punctured. The damage they made to our property cost more than the move! (And we are still waiting to hear about our damage claims, at this point we may take legal action). LASTLY: A **** hour move took DOUBLE THAT TIME! Carelessness, poor customer service, and sloppiness leads me to NOT RECOMMEND TWO MEN AND A TRUCK! NOT EVEN IF THEY WERE MOVING A BOX NEXT DOOR! Never again.
