    Horrible. I was quoted $1500 for pack and move. I signed electronic forms on the first day, pack day. They failed to pack about 30% of my stuff. The next day, the movers came and loaded the truck. The left about 30% of my stuff. Ugh. My husband and I had to move the remaining stuff ourselves. The final day, day 3 of moving a small house only 1 mile, the movers came to the new house and said I owed them $3750.00 for the move, which was WAY more than what I was quoted. They said they wouldn't give my stuff back if it wasn't paid. Horrible and likely criminal.

    We are sorry that this move did not go as ************ expected. This review isn't true to the actual events and neglects to mention that ************ added things to move the day of the move that were not expected to move during the estimating process. ************ also refused to let the moving crew do a full walk through of the property or have access to every room before the move. This caused delays as loading a truck requires know what is needed to load. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK sent pre move documents and estimates that outlined expectations and limitations to our services such as items we couldn't move. ************ became very upset when we didn't move those items outlined in the pre move documents. On the day of the move, we added some labor to the job, that we didn't charge ************. Again, we are sorry this didn't go as ************ expected, but under the circumstances created by an almost hostile work environment, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK did all we could to make this right.
