            On April 20th I purchased a pre owned vehicle from Volkswagen of Lafayette *******. I currently reside in ******* ********. The dealership is about two and a half hours away from me. I have just completed my 3rd trip to my local *** since my purchase, in an attempt to get Illinois license plates on my vehicle. I am currently using an Indiana temporary tag that was provided at purchase. Each trip to the *** has been unsuccessful, each time due to the *** informing me that West Lafayette Volkswagen has yet to submit the required paperwork needed to obtain Illinois license plates. I have attempted to call ***************************************** many times since my purchase only to be met with a voicemail every single time. Due to my distance from them physically going there is just not an option at this point unfortunately. My temporary tag expires June 4th which is today. My goal here is to simply get assistance with getting Lafayette Volkswagen to complete/ submit the needed paperwork in order to successfully obtain Illinois license plates on my vehicle. I am not searching for a refund or reimbursement of any kind. Just assistance with this situation. Thank you.

            Bought my first vehicle with my wife, She worked at this dealership currently when we bought our vehicle from them in 2022. ***y lied to us about the issues it was having on our 2015 Volkswagen Jetta and sold it to us. It was sold for ***** listing price. After everything was said and done it was almost ****** dollars with a 22% APR. we had it for 3 months and the engines timing became more prominent. ***y didnt honor their warrenty we got for **** because they said it only covered for 2 years, when they failed to mention it was for also ****** miles. *** timing is off, the engine does not run very well, *** transmission is also shuttering now. And the original company Five Star Automotive, Before they sold Volkswagen, Sent us an email confirming we bought a lemon off of them but we have no idea how to pursue the issue as weve never dealt with such a situation, And we cannot afford a lawyer. We are stuck with almost a 300 a month payment for the next 72 months on a vehicle that has set there and doesnt run.
