After submitting formal reports about this company and their fraud, I have not had the records corrected. They continue to report false information for every investigation, requested. They ignore the requirements of responding to a formal claim. They do not respond to BBB inquiries or ************************************ investigations. Im waiting on an updated correction.Consolidated Property Management (*********, *******) used my Veteran status to falsely bill me and receive payment by federal funds, which violate the following acts: Civil Rights Act of ****; The Fair Housing Act; Americans with Disabilities Act; and the The Equal Credit Opportunity Act. The details of each cannot be disclosed, but are well documented. Ive reported the following individuals/companies that I have interacted with, regarding this matter:********************************** ******************* ***************** ********************* ********************* ******************* ******* ******************************** ***************************** *********************** Law Firm If any company listed is unaware that CPM is listing them as their affiliates, they should look into their business affairs.

Consolidated Property Management in ****************** has been continuing to break the law, via Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) violations. Once made aware, I immediately contacted both them about falsely reporting the amount owed to me, and what they report to credit bureaus. With their unfair credit act practices, neither has voluntarily reported the matter for deletion, and has continued reporting in accurate delinquencies. After viewing other claims on BBB and review platforms, like Yelp...it is clear that CPM scam consumers into paying debts that aren't real or perhaps have already been paid.Actually, Ive already spoken to **********************************, *******************, *********************, and ********************* (CPM). Over the years, neither have voluntarily requested or reported the matter for deletion; and has continued reporting in accurate delinquencies. In the letters sent to all three credit bureaus and each company, I requested that a true reinvestigation of the disputed item be conducted; and that I will not accept the typical automated E-Oscar ************ process. They wanted me to pay the $758 to cover another tenants move-in expenses. That wasnt in my lease and under FRCA 611(a), I am disputed the completeness and accuracy of the information being reported by ************************************************ Property Management. As mentioned, the balance is false and my rights have been violated through the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). *********************** and Consolidated properties have practiced ****** aggressive debt collection actions. Both companies have violated federal law in its dealings with me. It is a violation of law for a collection agency/company to report old past-due amounts as if they are new again, even when the debts are sold. Consolidated Property Management and *********************** Law Firm have done this, interchangeably on my credit reports.
