    warranty repair on my refrigerator was given to them to repair. He called and asked what was wrong with it. I told him and he said he would order parts and call me back when the parts came in. Two months later and 5 text messages to him and no response. Very bad service!!!!

    Our new GE washer broke when I was 9 months pregnant. I was upset since I had been keeping up on all my housework with baby #3 almost here. GE put me in contact with Johnsons appliance, and ****** was able to determine the problem over the phone. I told him I wasnt in a huge hurry because I would be having a baby any day. I contacted them after the baby was born and they were able to come out and fix my washer a few days later. It took maybe 15 minutes for the repair which was great. Very thankful to have my washer working again. Great customer service!

    Horrible company, customer service, and overall business practices. We had a confirmed repair, scheduled by this company on 8/3/2022. The morning of, they called and asked what the issue was and stated they needed to order the part which would take an additional week. This, after I have already taken off work and waited for this day and repair to happen. 2 weeks later and I still have not had my call returned and the husband ****** Johnson equally ignoring my text and calls regarding service. Unfortunate that my home warranty aligns with such a crappy company.BE WARNED!!!!!
