      After reading positive reviews and comments of this product(Mielle). I was happy to have finally found a product for african american natural grey hair. I started using Mielle Hawaiian Ginger Shampoo, conditioner and leave in conditioner a year ago. I wash and condition my hair every two weeks. I couldnt understand why my hair was breaking off. I certainly didn't think it was Mielle products, due to the positive feedback from other users. I was wrong. However, after researching and speaking to others regarding my concerns of my hair breakage. I was told that the original owners ******* and ****** ********* did a acquisition in the year of 2023 with ******* and ******. I am devastated with my hair breakage. Please help. I wish I could attach before and after pictures of my hair. I'm in tears everyday.

      The ******** Mint ****************************** has created multiple sores in my scalp. Using this product made my hair itchy and brittle. I have been to the dermatologist three times after I stopped using this product to help with fixing my scalp and growing my hair back. I started using this oil in June/July and by September my hair was breaking out and sores started forming with bleeding in my scalp that made me cut off my hair for now the third time to fix my scalp completely. I am not sure if there is a Class Action Lawsuit yet; however, I would love to join with documentation from my doctors and photos to go with it as well.

      Mielle oils broke my hair off sooo bad my hair fell out and I had to shave my head. My hair was back length and now my hair is very very short and Im very upset!!! I HATE MIELLE IM SO ****** OFF AND HURT! I cried for Days

      Im sad to see a lot of my hair fell out in Chunks.. I trusted this brand MIELLE to do what it promotes which is strengthening not weaken the strength i already had. Now how long will it take for my hair to even be healthy again this company ought to be ashamed and I still have so much product left that Ill hold on to just in case if testing purposes are needed.

      I have been using this hair product for over two years recently started to notice my hair falling out when I was washing it and combed my hair out. My daughter is having the same issue. I honestly am in shock my hair has thinned out so bad even leaving bold spots in the back!

      I bought a lot products from y'all for years and my hair started to fall out I stopped using it. Now i had to get locs to grow my hair back.

      Worst product ever! My hair has gotten thinner in the last year of using these products. I am definitely looking forward to a class action law suit.

      This company is a joke! It took ******* sons hair out in clumps. Every time I washed it or combed it, it would come out so bad. I started off using the *************** line. Then switched to the pomegranate & honey one. My ********* sons hair was long & thick. My hair is so thin now & wont stop shedding. I can just rub my hands down my ********* comes out. I panicked & saved the hair to show my doc. My sons scalp is extremely inflamed & sore all the ********** hair is now brittle. I even called the company to make a complaint & was brushed off. Theyre a disgrace & the creator should be ashamed of herself. I spent a lot of money buying her *************** have the audacity to brush me off. They apparently changed the ingredients.

      This company is trash Mielle Organics doesnt standby their products or customer satisfaction. The products are not for all hair types that trash Mango Tulsi will dry out and strip the elasticity from for hair if you have normal to dry. They refuse refunds and product returns that should tell you all you need to know just garbage. Im not stopping here I will be contacting the state as well as the health department. Here I come Ms ******* sitting up answering all the emails with foolishness.

      Made my scalp itchy. Once I stopped using it and used ********* I felt much better. Tried to cancel an order right after I purchased it. They shipped it after I notified them. So all sales are truly final. No refunds.
