I placed an order on 08/12/2022 and have sent several emails with order number requesting status and also a refund due to not receiving the merchandise. I have yet to get any response or anything. This is really bad business and that makes me upset to take my money and not have any explanation. I hope and pray they didnt do this to all their customers.

I placed an order on July 11, 22. It's August 5th and I haven't heard from this company. I've reached out via email and text several times to no avail. I want my money back. Please be aware of this company. Honestly I'm not sure if they're legit. Save your money and go else where.

Buyer Beware! I ordered on May 28, 2022, and I inquired about the product on June 26, 2022, as I had not received my order. I reached out and was told that they were behind on orders and I would receive my order soon. On July 11, 2022, I emailed the company to request a refund because I still had not received my order. The company did not respond. I received the sea **** gel today August 4, 2022. The sea **** gel was hot. The jar was leaking. It was spilled all over the packaging. It was absolutely horrible and I am unable to consume the sea **** gel. Poor customer service. Poor presentation. Poor product.

I ordered from this company on July 16th and I still haven't received my order. I reached out to get a refund several times to have this order cancelled but no one will respond. I tried sending emails as well as their chat feature but no RESPONSE. I also called the # that they have on Instagram but it is a fraud as well. Stay AWAY!

I ordered from them on June 15th, I received my order on July 11th(much later then expected). My product was warm and slimy, contents dripping down the jar and the lid looked like it was about to burst. No one has answered my emails, no one responds on the on line chat and I can not find. Working phone number. Originally I was going to ask them to send a new one. I understand that shipping delays can happen outside of their control but after the complete lack of communication I just want a refund. Cant get ahold of them at all!!!!!!

Just like the other reviews, I was told the order would ship within days. Over a month later I hadnt received anything. Many emails to customer service went unanswered. This seems to be a fraudulent company. Beware.

I placed my order on 4/ 8/2022 they have a guaranteed 14 day ship out or money back I had messaged them after ***************************************************************************** they were having delays and that my order would be out soon I asked them to go ahead and cancel my order altogether because I had already purchased from my local supplier. They did not respond, on 5/8/2022 I messaged them once again via email and told them they still had not shipped out my order and I would like to be refunded I also did installment payments with after pay and unfortunately after pay has no control over how fast the merchandise gets to me or with returns. On 5/13/2022 I received an email stating my order had been shipped as soon as I receive the email i messaged sea **** Island via email and asked them for a return label because I would not be needing their product they still did not respond. I received the **** on 5/16/ 2022 and I was definitely not pleased it does not have an ocean smell nor any ocean debris it seems very much pool grown which is not healthy or beneficial for the body. I wasnt furious because I had a feeling after the initial long wait that they were not legit its now May 30 and Ive emailed them and ask them for a return label over 3 times since receiving my order and they have yet to message me back this company is a fraud. This is not real sea **** at all not to mention it has mold on it which is toxic and could potentially kill or harm someone. Im very displeased with this company even being allowed to work with after pay after pay should definitely do research on the companies they provide easy installment payments with I want my money back and to send this c*** either that or its going in the compost bin. And after reading the two comments left on this page I see now. That this is a pattern of theirs.

Just Beware!!! this worthless company Sea **** Island robs your money via credit card transaction and never ships your product! they say it'll take sometime to ship out but, they just keep your money "who in ******* allows this?" ********* gave this weak company a merchant account to rob customers?" Smh only in ******* I guess. Omg why is nothing being done by the BBB to stop them from having a merchant account? wth?Omg these morons are now using a ******* number and have been reported already.I'm disputing this transactions with my bank they'll investigate plus hopefully reimburse my money.
