      Dont buy Jayco Travel Trailers. The 3 year structural warranty is a lie! They refused to approve a bulge protruding in my rv roof saying its still structurally sound but would not extend the warranty in case it protrudes through the roof membrane.

      Bought Jayco vs others because of their longevity in the business and building of quality campers backed by an industry leading 2yr warranty. Year one have had issues with water heater, solar, loose connections, front end cap and separated awning. My experience has been quite tough starting with months of looking g for a place to get the ** repaired at a Jayco branded shop. After finally fi ding a place and a time to get in the camper was found to have two significant issues and two minor issues. Minor issues have been addressed by dealer with minimal hassle. Major issues of needing to replace the front end cap on the camper due to faulty material. Denied by Jayco originally and but after some back and forth between me, the dealership and Jayco they finally agreed to repair it other wise was going to cost over 3k to fix it. Next major issue was the awning which the awning material simply separated from the camper from stress of the motors drawing the awning in to close it. Dealer says it separated. Should be covered. Jayco says no. We dont cover awnings. The company who made it covers it. You will have to deal with them. ******* says they wont cover it because of what they see in pictures mind you indicated uneven stress damage. They asked for pictures of how the awning was installed and said it s parted due to uneven tension from install. The awning came with the camper and has been used as designed but Jayco still says no they wont cover it ******* is wrong it is their issue. So now I am stuck with a camper where the awning doesnt work. In order to use my camper I either have to pay over 1k to get a new awning that wont be covered if the dealership doesnt install it correctly which I have 0 confidence in especially when the factory couldnt get right while building it and just will have issues with it. Not good. I am a Jayco customer. If ********************** wont stand behind it why would anyone buy it? I want not buy another. I recommend buying a different brand.

      Very disappointed in Jayco. Motor Coach has been at dealership since Nov. Due to sofa ripping my floor. Jayco not wanting to honor nor make things right besides do a patch job kinda repair. Like the coach. But wouldnt recommend Jayco. Service in upper management with Jayco is TERRIBLE

      We have a Jayco 25 RB that we have been living in for a year while we build a cabin. I know that these aren't meant to live in fulltime, so I won't complain about minor issues. But 2 are major. First, what incompetent building practices do they use that leaves gaping holes for utilities that mice and bugs can get in, and crams the kitchen cabinet bottoms so full of hosing and other things that it is impossible to find the openings to block them?Second, what effing genius in the design department thought it was a brilliant idea to put in kitchen sinks and counter veneer by the stove that MELTS if they contact a hot pot?!?We had a Jayco 32 ft Jayhawk 30 years ago, which was why we bought this one. The quality sure has gone downhill since then.

      Jayco has the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. All they know what to say is "it's human error" and "I don't know what you want us to do"! Our camper has been in for repair since April 8th and it is now Sept 4th. Dealership blames Jayco and Jayco blames dealership. We have went all summer without "new" camper because of the poor workmanship from Jayco. Our warranty expires this week and we haven't even been able to use it all summer. Who knows when we will get it back. I will never buy another product from Jayco and will spread the word of the horrible attitude from Jayco customer service. They have 10 people waiting at the door to sell you a Jayco but not a one can help when you need service. Quote from *** and ******** at customer service... "********************** offers a 2 year warranty because of human error". Maybe Jayco needs to look into all the "human error" coming out of their factories before they hit the lot!

      It is sad that you can't buy replacement decals individually, but have to buy a set. I had a couple of decals damaged in a minor accident and Jayco is charging $900 when all I need is a $60 decal.

      **************** horrible axle went out on new 2024 camper and converter in a hotel because of their protocol, they are not doing anything to fix the situation immediately I will never recommend or buy a Jayco ever

      I purchased a brand new 2023 Jayco Precept on 5/13/23 along with the extended warranty. As of today, 8/16/24, the coach has been out of my possession for a total of 60 days since my purchase due to poor workmanship. They need to put a bigger pump running to the generator. Have had to cancel ***** docking trips due to all the issues. Jayco has been cooperative with the warranty repairs, but Ive spent many hours on the phone.

      Bought a brand new 2024 Jayco Seneca XT, Class C and the engine lost power on our first trip and left us stranded. Had to get it towed out of our campsite. There is all kinds of rusted out spots under the truck (brand new 2024). Driveshaft was all rusted out. One of the driveshaft bolts was able to be loosened by hand and another torqued so tight the tow guy almost couldn't break it loose. Not to mention the propane doesn't work, hot water heater doesn't work and the electric reclining chair/bed got stuck in the down position and won't go up. Starlink doesn't work and tv antenna won't rotate. Rusted out bottom in the generator compartment and battery compartment. Nightmare doesn't even begin to describe this situation.

      Be careful with Jayco. They dont always honor their warranty. Currently dealing with a ticket weve had open since 7/1 and Jayco still owes for repairs. We bought a brand new Jayco Pinnacle 5th Wheel and have missed 6+ weeks of camping due to issues. Not to mention the out of pocket costs weve had due to our hydraulic leveling system blowing a line - which also caused damage to my husbands truck. We had to use 6 quarts of hydraulic fluid to get the camper off the truck, then back on the truck at the campground - off the truck at home and on the truck to take it back to the shop (AGAIN). Once we got it there they found the entire underbelly was FULL of hydraulic fluid and Jayco is refusing to pay 2 of the 4 hours it took them to not only fix the line but clean the entire underbelly ADEQUATELY. Weve had 3 tickets open with Jayco since 4/4/24 due to issues and our camper has spent more time in the shop than at the campground. Ive spent more time on the phone with their customer service than weve spent camping. Weve been making payments on a camper we havent even been able to use. Ironically, Jayco will respond to customers who are wanting to buy, but delete the negative posts. Also ironically, you cant leave a review on ****** or Yelp like you can for most businesses. I have 3 pages of DETAILED notes on this issue alone, including the smart remarks from their CS personnel. Best warranty in the industry? Absolutely not. Best customer service. No. We understand new campers have issues. All we want is for them to fully honor their warranty. For $400+ dollars - which is pocket change for Jayco - youd think customer satisfaction would come first. Instead, we are adding to the very low BBB score Jayco already has, and spreading the word via social media about the horrible experience weve had. I had to select a star rating so I gave them 1. When in reality they are a ZERO!
