      On June 1st Puroclean came to my house to help with a waterline break. Two weeks prior I had just installed new laminate flooring in my house. The company proceeded to rip out the flooring, baseboards, quarter round and the toe kicks to the cabinets. I contacted the flooring people and he said the flooring just needed to pulled up and dried out. I told the two people doing the work and they said everything was already warped. I had another representative from Puroclean come out and said if the stain to the toe kicks could not be matched up perfect then they would have to restrain all the cabinets. I have made several calls and messages to get ahold of the company and either told someone would call right back or nobody would return a message. In the meantime, I had to buy all new flooring for two rooms and have someone put it down. The second flooring company reiterated what the first flooring company at said. They should not have destroyed the flooring or taken up the baseboards, quarter round or removed the toe kicks. Now I have half a kitchen and laundry room done. And through research, staining cabinets most of the time does not work. So, now I might have to have new cabinets. This would have all be avoided if the original two people from Puroclean would have done their jobs right.

      I had horrible issues with getting repairs completed on my home (after a small house fire- contained to my dryer) from the start. Two other companies had just disappeared without explanation prior to my hiring PuroClean. Im certain the prior two didnt want to deal with the adjuster not approving a pack-out since PuroClean initially didnt want to deal with this, either. After the first adjuster transferred to a new position within the company, my second adjuster approved the pack-out. PuroClean had to wait a month to fit me in their schedule & STILL put me off 2 more weeks due to an emergency situation. Sorry, but dont take on another job when you have already committed to one, right?! Once I was FINALLY able to return home? The cleaning wasnt all completed for yet ANOTHER ********** was NOT even done well!)! The painters got paint ALL OVER my furniture, floors, outlet covers, etc.! They knew from the start that I would need a loan to pay my deductible & advised I use a company they work with because the interest would be much lower; I didnt get ANY loan info until AFTER the job was completed AND the rates were as high as credit cards! Admittedly, I had to use a portion of some of the insurance funds (which were allocated back when the first repair company was involved!) for some extremely expensive car repairs & other NEEDS (not wants) we had prior to being able to return home. So, I am doing what I can to obtain this loan, but they are harassing me about where I am in the process?! It was ONE WEEK & 4 DAYS AGO that I JUST GOT HOME after that 6 month hotel stay!!! Once I received the link about applying for the loan, I started the process IMMEDIATELY! Im a single parent on a fixed income. Its not going to be instantaneous ffs! I cannot believe my family (the company owners as well as several of their employees!) is treating me this way, especially when they claim to be Christians?!??

      Our office has a client fully signed Certificate of Completion and 100% Satisfied document on file. When our office billed for final payment at completion, client stated she already spent the insurance funds on personal issues. (roughly $5,000 of owed $25,000) Our office completed this assignment in roughly two months. (very quick for a fire) Customer was happy until she had to pay. Her statement regarding owners are family is completely false.
