Would not recommend. Lots of miscommunication with us and to their own team. The day they "completed" the job, they sent us a bill and our bills due date was the same day. They had to come multiple times due to miscommunication within and the job not being completed. The day after they actually completed the job, the owner was sitting outside of our house and started following us in his truck. We were on our way to the bank to pick up a cashier's check, but later decided to just pay online after this very awkward situation and to avoid confusion. Definitely don't use them at all, ****** was only $100 more and had a written out quote.

I agree there was miscommunication about this job and I apologize for not handling it differently. I misunderstood you on the scope of work and the job specs. And we did have to return 2 additional times to complete the job. Miscommunications happen sometime. That's why I asked to meet in person. After you met with me, we completed the additional work to your satisfaction and at no additional costs to you. Everyone hits a bump in the road and how that person handles it says a lot about them. And I take pride in knowing that whenever there is a problem I take responsibility and find a solution. If any customer ever has an issue please contact me directly and I promise we will resolve it.
