To make a long story short November of 2020 ******* Marina took our boat out of ******** Lake. When it got closer to warm weather we called to get the status of our boat . To our surprise they stated without our knowledge they took our boat to Socks because they could not fix it .(******* will also be getting a complaint). So we contacted Socks who continuously did not return our calls . So we drove over to them and they stated they were waiting on parts . So we went threw last summer without our boat. We understood that we were not priority at that point and they had a already full schedule. Over the last several months we have called with no response. Today I finally spoke with someone who stated they still are waiting on the parts and may not be able to get them .THAT WAS NEVER MENTIONED. So now one year and four months later that is what we are being told. The engine is old , we are not disputing that. But never were we told it was possible the parts may not even be available . I want the documentation from them that they requested the parts and when and documentation they were told they are not available. Everyone will be getting work to their boats now . What are the chances of getting our boat again for this season??? Something needs to be done . I am not sure what two seasons is worth to not have your boat. We have a nephew who really wanted to spend a day on the boat with us but now his cancer has progressed and he is too ill. I know that is traumatic BUT TRUE.
