In early May 2021, I began contacting Pools of Fun regarding multiple issues we are having with our Jandy pool heater. From May 2021 to September 2021 over 5 service calls were placed to Pools of Fun. Each time a technician did visit our home to work on the equipment. The pool flow actuator, the internal pool heater thermostat as well as the ignitor coil were all replaced by Pools of Fun to get our pool heater to function properly. Pools of Fun closed our pool on October 14, 2021 noting that closing went well and all equipment functioned properly. My pool was just opened for this season on 04/20/2022. Within 4 days of opening, the pool heater faulted again and this time is leaking water from the bottom of the unit. I again called for service. Pools of Fun did not return my call, but emailed me that they were sending the ** of Operations for Pools of Fun and a Jandy Manufacturer representative to look at and assess my pool heater. On 4/26/2022, **** the Jandy representative did come to the house (Pools of Fun did not show up). He looked at my equipment and the work orders sent to him by Pools of Fun. After taking a few pictures, he noted that there was damage; however, he could not point to 1 over-arching issue that caused the heater to fail. This morning 4/27/2022, I received a note from Pools of Fun that stated the damaged cause to my heater was a result of water corrosion and was void of warranty. Absolutely NONE of the service calls from the May 2021 to September 2021 was there mention of water corrosion being the culprit of our heater problems. Pools of Fun offered to replace my pool heater at a discounted rate; however, We do not believe the heater failed due to water corrosion. They are attempting to use a loop hole to avoid their responsibility. They should do the right thing and replace the heater at no cost as obviously the heater has a significant history of troubles. I have made repeated requests to Pools of Fun to send me all service records to no avail
