Team Toyota took a $500 deposit for a new 2025 ************************* 25th edition in February after telling us they had a vehicle tagged for us which included the options we were looking to add. Two months later we receive a call from the dealership that Toyota is no longer producing the vehicle we had purchased. The only remedy was to either refund the $500 which they held for over 2 months, or they would give us a "deal" on a different Limited version. Why would we do business with them again? Don't waste your time or money.

I purchased a 2014 *** Terrain *** from Team Toyota in ************, ******* on July 22, 2023. The *** had ******* miles on it at the time of purchase so I wasn't expecting everything to be perfect with the vehicle but I never expected to have the issues that I've had with it. The *** gave me problems from the very beginning ranging from needing to purchase new tires within 2 months of the purchase, needing brake pads and rotors al the way around, to needing the motor replaced TWICE by June 2024 when it had ******* miles on it. Thankfully, I purchased an extended warranty but TWO motors in less than a year with only putting approximately ***** miles on the vehicle is ridiculous! I feel like I was sold a lemon, feel as if Team Toyota knew that the *** had major issues when it was sold to me, because they "claimed" that the vehicle was inspected prior to being sold to me, and the only resolution they offered to me to possibly help me get out from under the *** was to trade it in. Why would I purchase anything else from them, especially when the *** is worth a fraction of what I owe so trading it in would be counterproductive for me? I DO NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from them unless you obtain the CarFax report, their "inspection" and also have your own mechanic thoroughly check it out before purchase because they don't seem transparent and trustworthy.

Certified used vehical doesn't mean certified. Recently bought a Toyota rav4 I complained about the tires before purchased due to dry rotting, they told me they would not change them, after another dealership wouldn't touch the tires, they replaced them for me but made me pay for alignment, should have been replaced if they certified it. Before I purchased vehical. after first oil change got a list of maintenance items which should have been done before purchase since they were already over due before purchase, had to file a complaint with Toyota before they would take care of one of the items on my list. talked to service guy and he told me if all the maintenance items were taken care of then why would you buy a new vehicle. How many other people have they screwed over and what is the point of having a certified program if it doesn't mean anything.

Was there yesterday (Saturday 3pm) to buy sienna that was booked over a year ago. Upon arrival everything was going good but then finance person **** came who refused to accept outside finance. So Left the dealership and then call back and spoke to ***************** who advise to come back since we been working on this for last year (5pm). Two minutes later **** called stating its sold to different customer. Still went to the dealership and **** mentioned its sold even I was ready accept dealer financing dealership closes at 6Pm. Overall experience was just really bad and very unprofessional behavior from finance person ****. Definitely would not recommend Team Toyota for new purchase.

I recently took my vehicle a Toyota Highlander 2019 that I purchased from Team Toyota for its ***** mile service on 6/02/23. They run an inspection report and suggested I change my brake fluid and perform an alignment on my car. They used a video of a worn out tire that did not belong to me to make the justification. After I noticed the fraud they had done, I went back to the dealership on 7/1/23 and asked them for a pre- inspection alignment report and a post - alignment. The customer agent I worked with, ******************************* refused to print out the the post inspection report claiming he did not have access to the serviceman bay computer. At this point I just want a refund of $160.00 for the scam they tried to run over me.

Went to Team Toyota and was met by a nice young man, *****. Spent hours with him and he was very helpful. I was trading in my car. We worked it out that I would finance for 72 months, put down $2,000 and receive $3,000 for trade. All was good, insurance was transferred so off to finance we go. Got warranty and GAP - higher priced than I would have liked but I liked the car. Last form to be signed - they tacked on another 3 months of payments. I was floored. When I called them on it they were telling me I was confused and they told me. Not so and my granddaughter was a witness. Incorrigible! I canceled everything. On top of that they couldn't get my plate back on and I waited another hour while the salesmen laughed. 5 hours and alll they wanted to do was take advantage of a 67 year old woman. Shame on them!
