      Garbage of a place to do anything financial. Gave me every excuse In ye book why a couple of money orders takes so long to cash. Money orders are prepaid checks meaning they have been paid for already. Banks have no rights. Right are for people not financial Corporations. .really tho this credit union has The absolute worst ratings out of any financial Corporation you will find in the state and country. You need value your members other wise you're not going to be bank rupt

      TCU was wonderful. Everwise has been a nightmare. It was supposed to be a name and logo change, but it was much more. Employees are rude and lack empathy. This bank has changed in so many ways since becoming Everwise. **************** is horrible. My father was treated awful at the ************ or **** branch. Indianapolis branches have people working from home on a screen at drive thru that answer you as if they hate their job. My friends that I recommended TCU to years ago have had negative experiences after the "name change" as well. I'm not sure what happened but I can't wait to pay my loan off with everwise and leave. Reviewing so I can save someone from the disappointment of a so-called credit union that is not what it used to be.

      Red Flags Everywhere, ********************* No Follow up. Attempted to open and account with ********************** and completed app online. Received call couple days later informing me i needed additional information to verify my address, explained that i just recently moved and gave them mail that i received in the last 30 days. Spoke with rep verbally who told me that 2nd docs image was not good and to resubmit. Uploaded docs 3 times for me to move on to questions i had to ask everything except Blood type its now been 4 days since i applied was told they had everything, and that account would be set up or i would be contacted. Had to follow back up myself in couple days thru chat, where Rep reaches out to that department and was told account would be set up and that it should take another 24 hours. No call back or update. Called again this time was told docs received was not valid that i sent 4 days ago after giving them all my info and answering questions to verify my identity for them to tell me docs are not valid. Requested to speak with Supervisor and or Management regarding conversation on a recorded line, No one has called me to this point just keep telling me someone will call be back this is day 8. I am over it, this place is horrible with customer service, the process itself, and following up with people that are unhappy. I would not recommend this place i see others with ********** issues as well.

      My account has been getting hacked over a period of time they have issued me different cards at different times but this time I went in to dispute some transactions they disputed 2 of them and 2 were pending the lady told me that they had to take my debit card and I couldnt get another debit card from that account. And she stated that if I come back after the 2 pending transaction cleared I could open a new account with a new debit card .Today when I went in to let them know the pending payments had cleared she stated I could open a new accounts but I cant get a debit card.so I stated the other lady told me if I closed that old account and open a new one I can get a new debit card .she was reading something in the computer and she said theres notes in here that says u cant even get another card at all .I was so ****** a credit union I been with for over 10 years would treat a loyal customer like this.This is not fair at all Im very ******. But thats there job to find out about this its not my fault. How are u penalizing people from there accounts getting hacked.

      Rude customer service when I was speaking to a representative on the phone I was given the my number and then they told me that's too many for Teachers Credit Union I'm like wow not doing business with you anymore I'll go to PNC.

      ******************* and ******************* let me get screwed out of 2k from a dealership. I was told by the branch that I might be able to get out of a loan since I never took possession of the vehicle. That same day *** was going around to all the dealerships and smooshing around with plates of cookies. How do I know, I was told by the branch I went to, that *** was out going around to dealerships and that's why she wasn't in the office, and was smuggly told by the dealership manager about how she was just there and brought them a plate of cookies. I no longer want to do business with a credit union that doesn't put their members first, but makes sure to stay in bed with scummy businesses. Will be moving my money ASAP.

      Horrible bank. They do not take care of their customers I had someone steal $150 from my account and they wouldnt do anything to help me. I have closed my account a moved on to bigger and better bank. EVERWISE *****

      They turned off my ATM card without informing me in any way of intent. I do monthly AHS and savings and checking business with this bank and yet they came up with a reason for this action.

      absolutely horrible customer service. Spoke to a customer service rep by the name of **** and he was unbelievably rude and nasty. They have my money in a savings account and wont help me transfer the money. The online banking isn't working. I paid off my auto loan over a month ago and they wont help me stop the automatic payment. I requested a supervisor to contact me and wanted to file a formal complaint with the cfpb. No one cares and they all ****
