    On May 8th ordered a hat from these people the hat has never been shipped. All though they drafted my bank that very day for $170 have had no response at all to numerous calls or emails

    I ordered a product on 4/26/2024 and was told product turn around was 5-7 days. I heard nothing after this time. I have made numerous attempts to contact t the company but no response in any form has been made by He k ** A Lope. I have asked for a refund and no response has yet been received. I have no product, no communication, and now am out 172 dollars.

    I purchased a hat from Heck of a Lope website (www.heckofalope.com) on 11/27/23. The cost of the hat was $30. Shipping cost was $10.Order # *****.I did email them & reached out via ******** messenger - no response. I just want my $40 back!

    hello! I'm emailing in regard to my complaint that I had filed against "Heck of a Lope" company... they filled my order, and I received my product in the mail yesterday. I know I was to let the BBB know if a resolution had been reached between the company and I, but I didn't see anywhere on the website to update the status. This claim can be closed.     Ordered a straw hat from the company. The hat was never delivered. Attempted to contact business by email and phone several times to find a resolution. However, they never responded to emails or phone calls. They told my banking establishment they didnt do anything wrong.

    08/13/2023 Order # ***** I ordered a turquoise shirt from Heck of a Lope at the beginning of August. I have sent multiple ******** messages, texts, and tried to call the number listed without any response from the business. I went online and found this is a track record for this company. I just want my money back at this point.

    I placed an order for ********* weighted 5/8 split reins. I received a size different than what I ordered (I received 1/2 instead of 5/8) on May 3rd. I contacted Heck of a Lope the day they were delivered to have them exchange them for the size I ordered. I have called multiple times (left one voicemail), emailed, and tried their online chat with no response.

    I placed an order for a bit and recieved confirmation of order on 3/23. Since that time I have tried to get in contact with Heck of a Lope multiple times - email, fb msger, website chat, call, ect. and have gotten no response to anything. **************** seems non existent. I was suppose to use said bit at a horse show, unfortunately I have not recieved it. I have another show coming up so I need this bit shipped ASAP, or a refund given so I can order it from someplace else that will actually ship it to me.

    On the website Heck of a Lope guarantees the products they sell. The only address they have is a PO Box number which make returning an item very hard. I have emailed, tried online chat, and called the number to try to get a response from the business. They do not respond. I want to return the item for a refund and do not seem able to to that.
