If i could give them zero stars, i would. One of their technicians came out in early June to prepare a quote for doing some foundation and drainage work in two areas of my house. One of the areas need to be completed so i can have my HVAC units replaced, so the work predecates other work to be completed. A couple of days later, i received the estimate. The estimate described the work to be done with a price. Esimate was signed on June 14th, and a 50% deposit was placed with the office the same day.Work was scheduled for July 8th. I was responsible for removing a set of stairs from my house to my backyard, so this was completed several days ahead of schedule. On July 3rd, prior to the holiday weekend, i sent an email notifying them that the utility locator service had not been completed yet. On July 5th, I received a response, that it was already scheduled, but appreciated the heads up. On July 8th, I received a call that the work would not be completed as scheduled due to rain. Later that afternoon, i sent an email stating utilities still had not been located. On July 9th, I received an email stating work was rescheduled for July 13th. Later that day, i received another email stating 13th was not confirmed. On July 10th, i received an email stating my original estimate was incorrect and a new estimate was sent, please accept new contract. I called office and was told everyone was in meetings, but to expect a call in the morning. On July 11th, at noon, I finally called the office to be told the original estimate was inaccurate. New estimate was six times the original. Apologies all around for all the confusion and errors, but the office didnt review it before it was signed. They will be glad to refund my deposit. Utilities were never located.

I would never hire this company again in a million years.. after paying way too much. The wall they put up is cracked and it has only been 6 months.. They have no answer yet to how they will fix it. So once again I am waiting... Maybe they will say someone is coming out to look at the cracked wall , so they can never show up like the past 3 times to finish a drain pipe. They are not reliable.

Had our septic system rejuvenated in February 2022. Had multiple sewage back *** into our basement shower and bathroom, still after the rejuvenations they preformed. They had to come out multiple times to try and rejuvenate the system, and had to pump our tank every two-three weeks due to the fixes not workingAfter yet another blasting of the system, summer came and the rainfall amounts subsided some, we did not have issues, and we believed the last rejuvenation worked. But once again this winter every single time it snows or rains, we have a still have a backed up system and flooded bathroom. We are now paying out of pocket every 2-3 weeks to have ***** gallons of water pumped from our tank because our field was never truly rejuvenated. And, this isnt a water usage issue, the water still pours into the tank from the drain field. We cant do laundry or shower anymore in our own home to try and make time in between pumps longer due to the issues still occurring. As a first time home owner and a first time septic system owner, the headache this has caused now has me out close to $9,000 from current tank pumping fees to the rejuvenation cost, and we have to replace our entire system as soon as possible, since the rejuvenation never worked. I believe we were flat out lied to after they scoped the system and said it was salvageable. In the signed agreement, we should have moved forward with installing a new field after two failed rejuvenations. However, like stated above, they came out multiple times after to try again, and led us to believe the system could be fixed. My first red flag shouldve been them not following their own signed contract. While the rejuvenation was still under warranty when we started having issues again this past winter, we decided to cut our loss and move forward with a system from someone reputable, since our experience has just costed us a massive headache from FreeFlow, and $9,000 I couldve put towards the new septic system.

******, we are so sorry to hear you are still experiencing issues with your field. After reviewing your account we are certain we have done everything possible to ensure the best possible outcome for your septic. We were originally out and completed a restoration of your septic system on 2/17/2022. This has a signed contract with a warranty that states "1-year warranty on flow, absent signs of abuse or use outside of the system's originally permitted design. If a failure occurs within the original 12-month warranty period, FFE will come out and retreat the system at no additional charge to the homeowner, (pumping costs excluded). If during a NEW 12-month warranty period failure occurs a second time, FFE will apply 50% of the original Treatment Area cleaning costs to the installation of a new field installed by FFE which is the only other alternative." This means during the first year we will retreat and then you are given a second year warranty that essentially "starts over" if you are in need of a recall in the first year. Even though your warranty specifically states pumping is not included in your warranty, you were given 3 pump outs at no cost to you. We were given a call in May of 2022 and it was known you still experienced issues during periods of heavy rain. You were given information that we would retreat your field, but we believed moving into a new field installation was the best way to go. We recommended you move into the first step of the process which is Soil Science. Because you were under warranty at that time, we would have attributed half of your restoration costs to a new septic system if you would have wanted to move forward. Even though you are out of warranty at this point, we would have still attributed half of your costs to a new field had you called us and let us know you wanted to move forward. We have not been contacted in over 8 months and were not aware you had continued issues. We cannot honor any warranty if we are not aware of the current state of your field. Please let us know if there is anything we can assist you with in the future we would be happy to help.

If I would've checked out their reviews on BBB, I wouldn't have hired them. Their work was sub-par at best and their customer service was even worse! I paid $2000 upfront to have some clean out work performed at an apartment building that I own. Their completed job consisted of damage to my property which included cutting an electric line and flooding to the property's laundry room. When I tried to discuss the damage with Free Flows' owner to negotiate paying the balance due, I was told that the job had already been discounted, they wouldn't discount it anymore and I basically got what I paid for! On a couple of occasions when I attempted to discuss the poor work with the owner and to come to an amicable solution regarding the balance due and the damage done, he actually hung up on me. Buyer beware -- this is not a reputable company.

**************, we apologize for any inconveniences along the way. Unfortunately, we ran into a complicated issue regarding the **** procedure. Our locator calibration was off and an improper reading was acquired as to depth as well as linear footage. Our senior project manager was able to come by for a site visit and bring you up to speed on the steps that need to be taken in order to get this project completed. We submitted your request for reimbursement to our accounting department for approval, but in the meantime, we received a chargeback notification. Even though we are under contract, we will not argue with the dispute, therefore, giving you your deposit back in full. We hope to resolve this matter and complete the project when you return from your 2-week vacation. Please contact us when you return.

I had water backing up into sump pit and smell of sewage in basement. FreeFlow recently did work on my septic system so I called them back to check it out. After multiple cancelled and rescheduled appointments they finally showed up. They ran a camera through the septic lines and found no leaks. Then they checked the sump pump discharge and found that the line was blocked and water was recirculating back into the drain tile. They quoted me $2100 to retrench the entire line, about *********************************************************************************** the spot were the line was blocked. I had to leave to go to work before the job was completed and left the technicians there. When I returned they were gone and there was only one small hole that had already been partially filled in, not the 20 foot trench I signed a contract for. The next day I received a call from FreeFlow asking me to sign a new contract because instead of replacing the entire line, which was what the original contract was for, they only repaired a section of it, extracted some roots, and needed to come back and hydrojet, conveniently for the same price. Apparently they attempted to hydrojet the line but their machine froze up because it was in January. I never agreed to the change in work nor was it discussed with me prior, but it was already done, minus the hydrojetting, and I wanted a functioning sump pump so I signed their new contract. They then charged me $1200 for the work they claim they already performed, which I had no way of verifying because the drain was still blocked. They stated that they needed above freezing weather to come back. After many calls they finally made an appointment to come out but then cancelled. After a month and job still not done and multiple cancelled appointments I told them to forget it. I also was told a supervisor would call me back to discuss why the work order was changed without my approval and that never happened.
